I have used 2 other companies for the same service and I was very disappointed. I phoned Joyce Heating and was given a date and time promptly .On the due day Mike arrived on time . He was very professional neat and tidy in his work. He was also very informative about the service he was performing. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends. Noticed hot water tank was leaking this morning. Called Joyce Heating and Mike showed up on time . He did a great job, personable and knowledgeable. I would use him again in a minute, already referred his name to a friend. Like Mike!

Very prompt service. Thorough satisfaction from setting yearly maintenance appt thru to end of service call. Mike, the service man, was very professional and explained the procedures and checks, keeping us informed throughout visit. Any queries we had were answered fully. We will continue to use this company, as we have had for several years, as we always have complete satisfaction from their servicing.

JHS's technicians arrived promptly on the appointed time. Installation was professionally done; they took their time to ensure the work was done right and everything worked out as planned/priced. I would recommend unreservedly JHS to any household looking for support of their heating systems. I would leave my home heating system to the true professional like the Joyce Heating Services. Anything less just won't do when the well being of the whole family relies entirely on the working of a well maintained heating system. I would like to congratulate Mike and David for a job well done. I greatly appreciate the excellent workmanship the two technicians provided in replacing my home furnace.

Called Joyce heating to perform maintenance of 2 oil furnaces and hot water heater in our home. Technician was prompt and carried all the spare parts to perform the job. Friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some tips on what to do in case we were ever to run out of fuel oil and how to change furnace filters. Highly recommend but best to book maintenance during the off season (ie spring summer) as they were very busy during the winter and difficult to book.

We recently decided to redo the suite in our basement and in the process found many "reno no-no's" done by previous owners. Of course we decided to add gas for the kitchen stove and heating ducts. We had an estimate and promise to get this done quickly. After okaying the go ahead, we were told it couldn't be done for at least 3 weeks. So on a recommendation we called Joyce, wish we'd done that first. Within 2 days Mike was here, on time. After explaining what we wanted and he'd had a look around, he made two recommendations. One, as at some point in time the upstairs kitchen is also being done (for us moving the stove) it would be easier on all to do the gas work all at once, we agreed. Two, for whatever reason the previous owners had 2 hot water heaters??? Did we really want two? Not really, he did Not, try to sell us a new one, merely pointed out how we could save. In the end,he remained as close to quote as possible, had it one within 4 days ( as opposed to 3 weeks) and in the long run saving us from needless costs. If we could give them a higher rating than 10, we would.

Joyce Heating have installed a hot water heater and a furnace at our residence and we have been very impressed with their promptness and work. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends.
