My experience with this company is so good that i cannot find words to explain. From my first phone call everything went so smooth, a bin came next day, they picked up the bin as they scheduled, no damage on driveway. No headache what so ever. Good price. Recommendation 100%.

I went online to book a well-reviewed junk removal company that could deal with heavy materials, including leftover gravel and 2x2 concrete patio stones. Junk It fit the bill. They called ahead and arrived within the window promised, were polite and easy to communicate with, and left the yard clean. I was charged a bit more than the online quote, but that was communicated to me for my approval before work commenced. I would recommend Junk It to anyone looking for quick and hassle-free service.

Junk It has very competitive pricing when comparing to other companies. They placed my bin in my driveway exactly where i requested it, leaving sufficient space to move around it on both sides. They also protected my driveway by strategically placing wooden boards below the bin so that it never actually touched the driveway surface. Most importantly, when i requested extensions on the pick up day, several times, they were quick to respond and were always accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a bin! Rosalind

Great service and great people, Two young men Dominic and Fred showed up right on time with the truck. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. They swept my drive way and made sure everything was clean before they left. I highly recommend this company Job well done guys,

Was looking for a Junk removal service, that offered a bin/dumpster rental. Found Junk it through a google search, reviews looked good. Had a few questions myself, so called the company and left a message. Within 15 minutes recieved a call back, and all my questions were answered professionally. A week later decided to go ahead and rent the bin/dumpster, through the company webiste. Booking was easy, and confirmation of the rental was immediate. 2 days before and up to the day of delivery, constant remiders are given, of where, when and placement of the bin/dumpster will be delivered. Once delivered junk it follows up the next day, to make sure everything was ok with delievery. When time to pick up, you get the same service as it was delievered. The Junk it service was not only easy, but excellent.

I rented a bin online and received $25 off. This is the 2nd time renting from Junk It and they dropped the bin on early in the morning in the requested location on my driveway and picked it up when they said they would. They are very responsive and I liked that they sent email reminders. This is one of the only places you can order the bin online where the prices are clear and you don't have to speak to anyone for a quote. I would recommend using them.

This company knows customer service. I have used them 3 times in past 3 years and each time they are easy to work with from beginning to end. Very professional and fees are reasonable. Will continue to use and highly recommend!

My recent move was made so much easier with the Junk It services. They had a problem with their truck but handled the delay with great customer service and even offered to discount my cost. After reviewing numerous bin rental business, I came upon Junk It! They were considerably lower priced. Booking online was extremely easy and their response to my order was immediate. They brought the bin on schedule and was placed exactly where I requested it. Their customer service is impeccable. Doing a main floor reno - realized I need a disposal bin. Junkit was so very easy to work with. I ordered on-line; they gave a quick confirmation and delivered the bin as promised. Nice and easy to work with during a crazy time with the renovation. One less headache for sure!!
