    Junk removal

    We have been cleaning out our parent's home and have used Junk It's services several times. This time we had quite a bit of concrete to dispose of, so we ordered a bin. As always, the driver placed the bin exactly where we requested it. He also took a look at what we wanted to put in the bin and provided some helpful suggestions. We would definitely use Junk It's services again and would recommend them to our friends and family. The employees are a pleasure to deal with – always customer-service oriented and polite. We never have to worry when we use their services – we know we will be 100% satisfied. Thank you for all your help!

    Junk It

    On Friday, August 29, Junk It came to my apartment to remove a lot of Junk. They were on time, courteous, quick and efficient. I love this company. I have used them before and will only use them for this sort of work. I find working with them an enjoyable experience ever time I use them. I always recommend their services to everyone I know because they deserve the work.

    Dumpster Rental

    I rented a dumpster from Junk It to dispose of debris and junk from my parents' garage prior to selling the home. The dumpster was delivered exactly where I requested it and the staff placed wood under the feet of the dumpster to protect the driveway. The dumpster was delivered and picked up as scheduled. Junk It provided a reminder phone call and e-mail prior to the delivery of the dumpster and followed up with an e-mail when the dumpster was picked up. The staff at Junk It were readily available by phone to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

    junk removal

    We found this company online several years ago - the website is attractive, clear, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-use. Customer service has been very responsive - providing attentive, courteous, and prompt answers to our questions, as well as frequent and friendly email reminders of bin drop-off and pick-up dates & times. To date we are a repeat customer and would gladly request their services again in the future!

    Removal of junk

    Old wooden shed dismantled and its debris needed to be removed. Junk It! turned up promptly then gave me a quote as well as other options as it was touch and go whether it would fit in. Managed to get everything in one load neatly and quickly. A good service that I would use again and recommend.

    Dumpsters

    Excellent customer service. As part of our renovation, we required a dumpster to remove materials. What started out as a single bin grew to at least five. Each time we called they were able to accommodate the changes in a timely manner. Apparently we had more junk than we thought!

    Moving

    On time delivery, courteous drop off and everything as expected. Follow up and heads up information appreciated. Have already recommended them to others. Thanks for making our move easy. Would not hesitate to use again.

    20 foot bin delivery and removal

    I got quotes from the other big junk removal businesses, but they were too high. I called Junk It! and they could accommodate my request for the right size bin and the right amount of time for us to get the work done ourselves. The delivery was on time, as was the removal of the bin. The company kept in contact via email with reminders about the delivery/ expectations/service/ and everything worked out perfectly. I completely recommend this company. They didn't oversell and they delivered on the expectations.

    Storage Cage Clean-Out

    Our company has been using Junk It! for several years now, and they're our junk removal company of choice. Always providing excellent full service, Junk It! comes in and completely halls away anything you need. For this specific project, we had an old storage cage loaded with unwanted items. The Junk It! team removed everything themselves in a quick, clean, and efficient manner, and swept up afterwards to leave the area extra neat. There team members are always polite and cheerful and easy to talk to and coordinate with. We will be using Junk It! again, as they've continually earned our business!

    Home waste removal

    Over the years my garage and basement had slowly started filing u with old stuff that at first seemed to still have some value or potential future use so we were reluctant to get rid of. As well, with the city garbage services getting less frequent and far more selective, it became harder to get rid of some stuff with the regular garbage pickup. I finally picked up the bull by the horns and looked up local waste removal services. Junk-it seemed to have the most felxibility of options and convenience in timing and I noticed a number of other houses in my neighbourhood using their bins when cleaning clutter. I've regained the space in my garage so I can use all the spaces to park cars when it starts snowing again and the basement finally has more space than boxes and bins. As an added bonus, I've found a number of useful items I'd forgotten about amid the clutter. I filled the first bin faster than I'd planned and Junk-it picked it up early and left a second one as requested the same day. Alan Tallmeister Unionville, Ont.
