We have always used Junk It on all of the small household projects that we have done over the past 5 years. We luckily found them on line, used them and have never had a complaint. They are courteous, have always been on time with their suggested delivery and pickup times. Their disposal pricing is in line with industry standards. I have used JunkIt on multiple occasions while renovating my house. Their service is efficiently run, easy to book, and communication is continuous. Their drivers are excellent at getting even the largest bin in a small driveway on busy Toronto residential street. I also appreciate how they put wood down to protect the driveway. Small touch but important. I have removed over 5 tonnes of construction waste from my house using JunkIt and would use them again.

We recently purchased an ikea kitchen and removed an old leaning fence.. the garbage was pileing up after the renovation and fence removal. I did a quick google search for dumpster rental or junk pickup, and eventually found junk it.. I had watched some hgtv shows recently and remembered the name. The pricing was better then a couple others i was looking at and i was able to book everything online; it was really easy. It was around lunch i was able to order a bin for drop off the next day Saturday and have it picked up monday. The truck that dropped it off put down wood and was careful not to damage the driveway.. we ordered the second largest bin - all the pricing is on there website. I would recommend junk it to anyone that needs a bin..

We are in the early stages of a landscaping make over of the front of the house and needed to break up and dispose of a cement walkway. We used the Junk It web site as our first point of contact. We followed up with phone calls that were handled quickly and pleasantly. The bin arrived as promised, the driver was courteous and accommodating. Protective wood was used and the bin placed as requested. We finished our work well in advance of our anticipated date and one phone call had the bin picked up early the next day. We would use this company again in a heartbeat.

When we decided to move from Ontario to BC, one of our challenges was getting rid of house hold junk we accumulated over the years. Found Junk It online. Read their customer reviews and we took a chance. We got the bin for 4 days. Normally when a service company provides a window of 7 AM to 5 PM drop off, it ends up later part of the day. Surprisingly the delivery was right after 7 AM and pick up was in the afternoon, giving us more time to fill it up. The service doesn't require us to be home. The driver placed the bin exactly where we wanted. We got a tarp that came in handy as it poured couple of days during the service. Overall, very happy with the service and recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of junk. Normally I dont take time for reviews. That says it all. Thanks, Ravi

We just had a bin placed in our driveway and was so pleased to hear they supply the wood (other companies told me we'd have to have it there ourselves) for the bin so it wouldn't go through our pavement. the bin was delivered the very next morning and the customer service rep was excellent and so was the driver. They gave us a special price as we needed it for 2 weeks as we're seniors and hubby has to do it by himself with arthritic hands. The process was painless and I have no problem recommending this service to anyone. Thanks Junk It!

We needed to dispose a modular home-office wall unit, a desk, some planters and other renovation leftovers. Junk-It was by far the most affordable. They showed up on time, in uniform, carefully took the stuff away and they even swept the room afterwards. Highly recommended!

I rented a dirt disposal bin from Junk It online and it was delivered to my house the next morning right where I asked for it to be dropped off. I then requested to have it removed a day earlier than scheduled and there were no issues. Jamie and Chris have been great in providing up with numerous rentals throughout the years.

Ordered a bin for junk removal from Junk it. The company was recommended by close friend. The bin was delivered on time and placed exactly where instructed. Great communication via e-mail.
