    Removal of Concrete Walkway

    Great job Nice clean up Courteous personnel Junk It removed my decorative concrete walkway. It was estimated quickly and done in the morning with full clean-up. Thanks Alex and Chris.

    Garbage pick up service

    We have been using Junk It for several years and are extremely satisfied with the service. They are punctual tidy efficient and friendly. Highly recommend them! we will be using Junk It for many years to come.

    Dumpster

    We used JunkiT to rent a dumpster to remove renovation waste from our home. It was easy to book the drop off and pick up times we required and the walk-in dumpster was easy to load. Care was taken to protect our property and bills were emailed promptly. We felt we received quality and convenience for a fair price from JunkiT.

    Office Clean-out

    Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Even our former building manager was impressed how clean we left the place. He had stated that they usually have to send some of their people to clean up after a tenant leaves but that you guys left the place quite clean. Thank you for all your hard work.

    Junk removal

    Recently, we had to remove a lot of junk before a large family gathering that we were having in our backyard. The 15 yard bin we ordered from Junk It was dropped off and picked up when promised which made the timing perfect all around! This is my third time using Junk It and once again, they met our expectations 100%. Booking online is easy for bin selection, setting up delivery & pickup dates and payment. Their customer service is excellent and they are great to deal with (thanks again Stuart!). If anyone around here asks who to call for a bin rental, I have no problem telling them to go with you guys!

    Dumpster Rental

    Thanks for a very good experience renting a dumpster from your company. I want to say a special thank you to the gentleman who picked up the dumpster and went the extra mile helping me fit my junk in properly!! I will recommend your company to my friends and relatives for sure!! Happy to be junk free!

    Bin Rental and Disposal

    Junk iT was great experience for me from start to finish. I booked my order online. It was clear and easy to do. An order confirmation followed via email. I called to confirm when the bin would be dropped off and the representative was quick to answer a couple questions I had and a precise ETA of when the bin would arrive. I had to extend the bin rental as the demolition of my deck took longer than expected. I called again and they were happy to accommodate me. Overall a great experience and I have recommended Junk iT to friends and family. I will definitely use them again.

    Junk Removal

    Seeing as their online customer service system does not work, nor does there help area, I have had to post this review in hopes that they see what has happened and to warn others that this company is bad news. Do not read any of the other reviews, as I did and thought, hey, I'll give it a try. Don't waste your time. When JunkIt first arrived, they quoted me on 2/3 of a load and 2 hours of time to remove my junk. I signed the quote and expected that I would pay the amount shown. Instead, they took half of my stuff away and told me that I would have to pay to have the rest removed, probably the next day. If I had known that, I would not have signed the quote. After speaking with the manager on the phone, who told me that the quote didn't mean they would remove all of my junk, he had me pay another 120$ to get the rest taken away, the next day. I needed this stuff gone, so I paid the bill, but I will never use this service again. Clearly a signed and documented quote does not mean anything to this company and they will tell you untruths to get you to pay more then what was agreed upon. The kicker is that the guys moved things from one space to another in my unit, and there is still a huge piece of wood that is sitting here that I can't do anything with. I would call them back, but the last three times I have called I got hung up on. So not only did they provide a bad quote to begin with, their manager fought with me on the phone and insisted that I had to pay another 120$, and then the guys that came didn't do their job completely. The survey on the order form that I originally signed was also filled out, not by me, but by their driver. There is certainly some issues that this company still needs to deal with, and I will never use their service again. I really hope that this will help people make an informed decision and avoid this company. The rest of the reviews may be good, but they may also be false. You might regret it if you do end up using them.

After a careful and thorough investigation, I have concluded the following: 1. You indicated that our online customer service system does not work. In what respect? We can be contacted by email or phone. What online customer service system are you referring too? Perhaps you are confusing us with another company? 2. You state that no one should read other reviews. Why is that? Are you questioning the integrity of this website. I know Homestars takes this very seriously to ensure accurate reviews including IP detection of the computer providing the review. 3. You indicated that we left a piece of wood at the location. Our standard procedure is for our customer to do a final review prior to leaving to ensure that all material has been removed. Our staff asked you specifically if there was any other material to be removed. You indicated that nothing else is to be removed. We followed your directions. Perhaps you, another colleague or superior found this after we left? We can only go by your instructions. 4. Quote discrepancy - We gave you an accurate and fair quote and included a free hour of labour as well as an online discount for using our website. You signed this and accepted the terms. However, the scope of the project changed based on your elevators being broken and your failure to put any of them in service. We notified you of the extra labour charge to accommodate the extra time. Is that your issue? We feel that is reasonable. If the scope of a project changes, we have the right to modify the price. We still give you the right to approve the price change. 5. You indicated that we hung up on you. After reviewing our phone logs and system, I find no evidence to support this. In fact, our staff spoke to you throughout the day at least five times. It makes no sense that we would hang up on our valued customers. My investigation results are inconsistent with your experience. Max, I am personally available to discuss your issues with you.
