Dino and his team of trades did a wonderful job of installing french doors in our living room which now gives our house a more open feeling. Dino paid close attention to our concerns and listened to our ideas with a open mind and in cases where he had other ideas (that proved to be better) he presented them very well and in a constructive manner. Kayland construction is a relatively new company that is bound to be a successful one if they continue to do the work the way they did our project. Job well done!

Dino was great from the moment he came into our home and gave us our very reasonable quote. He worked with us through out the entire reno and always was a pleasure to talk to. He always cleaned up after the days work and so did his crew whenever he had them here. They did exceptional work and went above and beyond went we were asking for. We practically live in our basement now and are very happy we chose this company. The Custom built-ins are my favorite part of the job, they are amazing, one for our kids and one is our entertainment unit. Thanks again to Dino and his crew. From the consulting stage to the actual construction and finishing of our renovations(mainly our kitchen) Deno of Kayland Construction Concepts surpassed our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Deno and his crew throughout the whole project. The results were all that we had envisioned and hoped for. The contractor was extremely helpful in helping me to understand what steps were involved and the job quality was second to none. The pricing was reasonable and I felt that he took the time to explain the technical aspects. He was also good about helping us to get the inspections and permits done by the city.

Hi, my name is Samantha and I want to let everyone know out there that Kayland Construction is a great renovation company. After a few months of reviewing several contractors we finally decided to go with Dino at Kayland Construction because of how much he knew about our project before it even started. Of course we checked out references and they were great! He was very polite and gave great ideas on how we could finish our space within our budget. Then came the written proposal, it wasn't the lowest price in fact, it was second highest but with good reason, all his trades were professionals and that’s what we wanted. We definitely got more than expected! My husband & I would like to thank all the guys who worked so hard and sometimes late in the evening & some weekends just to make sure our time frame expectations were met. We will definitely call Kayland Construction back in the future and highly recommend them.

Our home needed an up to date look in our main floor bathroom. After reviewing and interviewing alot of contractors, we finalized on Kayland Construction and are thrilled we did. On our request, Dino came to our house a couple of times to talk to us, explaining how and what he would do for this project. He took the time in being patient with all the questions/ideas,(and trust me, we had alot). Dino ensured we were happy and understood the work that needed to be done in order to pass code. Dino's father Mario, who is a Master Electrician, company name: Electro Canada Contractors Ltd. came to our home to meet us too. Mario being the gentleman and professional that he is, took the time to look around and see what had to be done for the electrical because we needed to update wires, panels etc, to have it to Canadian Code standards for today. Mario had the City Inspectors three times to our home, which made us appreciate the permit and the City inspect what needed to be inspected. Dino and Mario did alot for my family out of the goodness of their heart, they did not want anything extra. They did it because that's who they are. They care and they believe safety first. Needless to say, this bathroom is awesome, so nice we don't even want to use it...lol. It's bigger, newer and alot safer especially when it comes to the electrical. Dino, Mario and Kayland crew, you are highly recommended in our books forever, you will have your name spead like wild fires. You did an amazing job, in time like you indicated on your contract and all within our budget. I highly recommend Kayland, you will not regret your decision. Dino is a "attention to detail" kind of guy, you will not be disappointed. Dino and his crew are clean, tidy and courteous. They have been adopted by our family and they are always welcome at our home for coffee, lunch and dinner. Job Well Done my friends.

Dino and crew finished our basement project exactly as designed, with additional improvements that we didn't think of. Up front, Dino explained all of the implications of the issues we faced, along with several suggestions and pros/cons of each. Throughout the project, Dino provided regular status updates, along with plans for the next phase of work. Any changes to the plan (from either side) were fully discussed and estimated before work was started. Dino's attention to detail, industry knowledge and professionalism convinced us that we had made the right choice and would recommend Kayland Construction Concepts to anyone in need of a reliable contractor.

Throughout the entire process of this major project Kayland Construction provided me with execptional service. Dino's ability to listen to my needs and provide execellent suggestions for this complete basement rennovation helped me in making sound decisions that were consistent with my tastes. The project consisted of a kitchen project, bathroom project, and flooring project. All tasks were completed with a superb level of workmanship. Dino and his crew delivered to plan and helped in keeping our project on time and on budget. Although some issues developed during the project due to changes, Dino dealt with them professionally. They were a pleasure to have in our home and kept the project clean & tidy. He and his crew of trades were well informed, explained all things and gave us choices with the advantages/disadvantages of each.
