Basically multiple attempts were made to resolve warranty issues without any response they do not stand by their word!

John and his team of dedicated workers were outstanding throughout the process from signing the contract to day of installation. Any and all questions were promptly answered with professionalism and courtesy. My 96 year old mother (owner) was anxious before the job was started but John and his team certainly put her mind at ease. HIGHLY recommend Keating Contracting for price and pride of work! D. LaCute

This company has gone out of business. Read the reveiws they take your deposit and never show up. They give all type of promises and fall though on every occation. Buyer beware.

2014-Stucco front, entire house new windows, eaves, soffits, fascia, porch concrete slab & covering, pillars. Pillars started falling apart, pine wood bleeding sap through, took part of pillar to office and left it there, without any response, then went and picked it up/so fed up! Called numerous times without any response from anyone. The worst customer service we've ever seen. All that money, with a written warranty for 10 years labor, supposed to be yearly inspection - NOT ONE! Recently, 2021 fascia screws falling out, called 4 times and left message without 1 return call. Ended up with another Roofer - who we would highly recommend and fixed the same day!! Would never recommend Keating for anything, extremely disappointed.

If you want a roof that doesn’t leak, use another company. Keating suggests and installs products they do not know how to install. In 2016, Keating installed a metal roof. In 2019, our electrician discovered that they installed the ridge vent so poorly that snow was falling directly into the attic – three bucketfuls after a regular snowstorm! It took months of follow-up for Keating to come out and ‘repair’ the ridge vent. Their retrofit still didn’t solve the problem. After months more of follow up with Keating, we started looking for another company to fix it. It took months for us to find companies who were willing to even consider repairing the incorrectly installed roof. After paying Keating for a new roof, and spending 100s of hours following up with them, our attic is in significantly poorer condition than it was before the project.

Stay away, they do not reply to calls and emails for warranty follow ups, we had issues with our roof that was replaced only 2 year ago. They do not honor their work.

They took our money, then never showed up to do the work. We lost over one thousand dollars. They did not show up to do the work, and we have not been given the deposit back. We get only excuses and delaying tactics, even though they admitted they should return the money. In my opinion, this is no longer a legitimate company.

This company talks a good talk to get your business. Workmanship shoddy. Do not honour guarantee you cannot get ahold of them. Needing to redo our job only 4 years later. Shingles just falling off installed incorrectly. Stay away from this company!! Plus large post hole dug into lawn from their advertising sign.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me: Hands down the worst customer service. Calls and emails not returned. Me to customer service worker: "can you guarantee me someone is going to call me back?" Customer service: "I can't guarantee you anything." Promised yearly checks on work never materialized. You judge a company on how well it manages issues as they arise- for this company, they fall woefully short of being competent.

We called these guys on reputation for a simple roof leak fix. The unnecessarily upsold us extra work to pre-emptively secure 2 other windows so the same problem didn't recur. This increased cost three-fold. They couldn't source the same roof shingles but reassured us that they would be very similar. The result is anything but - our roof looks like a patchwork quilt. Equally the quality of the fixes is atrocious with visible overhanging, bad caulking and patchy finishing work highly visible from the patio beneath. Surprise, surprise - a new leak occurred around one of the new windows that we had paid to secure. After reviewing, they admitted the following in email: "What happened was unfortunate, embarrassing and not at all representative of how we conduct our business." and committed to totally addressing the issue and putting in place a long term solution. After several weeks of silence, they went back on their word, saying we would have to pay them $7,000-$9,000 to fix it. In the meantime, we were left with an unnecessary $2,600 bill, unfixed leaks and a roof with mismatched shingles and visibly bad quality work. Avoid these guys at all costs. They will ruin your roof.
