Embarking on the ambitious task of not only renovating a kitchen, but moving it to a different room, takes a lot of foresight, planning, and creativity. Having a few hiccoughs during the process made me leary of contractors in general. However, dealing with John at KDP for the kitchen cabinetry made the process manageable and I actually saw results when they were promised. Now I have a dream kitchen! The Elmwood cabinets are stunning and rich. Frank was meticulous in everything he did; and John was responsive and kept me apprised of progress. There were, of course, the usual problems that arise on site with any installation, but these problems were dealt with professionally and expeditiously. There are still a few items remaining to be completed, but I am certain that KDP will complete them to my satisfaction. I would unreservedly recommend John and his team. In a world where promises mean little and delivery and execution fall constantly short of expectations, it is refreshing to find a company which actually delivers on its promises and takes pride in its work. Bravo John, and keep up the good work!!!!

We are very happy with the quality of the Elmwood cabinets and the service throughout the project was exceptional. We would recomend John to anyone. Likewise, we felt Frank the cabinet installer did a high quality job.

We chose KDP based on its excellent reviews on Homestars and would highly recommend them to others. We spent much time doing our own research on what our dream kitchen would entail, took our "wish list" to KDP and they put it together for us. They have a skilled team of tradesmen who work together seamlessly and although we chose to hire some of our own trades separately (e.g. electrician), I would let them do the entire project in the future since they have a well orchestrated arrangement and that would have speeded things up. When the inevitable renovation hiccups did occur, they were dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction. KDP were timely, communicated well with us and the end result is kitchen that is not only beautiful, but functions efficiently as well.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new Kitchen and Family Room renovation. It was all thanks to Cindy who guided us with her expertise, problem solving skills and detail management. The project once started took six weeks, but she was there daily, overseeing, answering our questions, and keeping everything on schedule. Her patience and guidance whilst we chose everything from the granite, cupboard door style, to what colour to paint our walls was amazing. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to change their kitchen into a masterpiece that compliments the rest of their home but at the same is an efficent workplace.

Thanks to John and his team at Mississauga's Kitchen Designers Plus, we have a beautiful new kitchen! We were very happy with the process, the timing and the innovative solutions to each and every issue that came up during the renovation process. I wrote this before but cannot find it on the web site. I have the most wonderful kitchen thanks to Cindy Bako. She was always there to hear my concerns and would quickly work to put these concerns at ease. She has excellent design ideas and alot of patience. I have recommended Kitchen Designers Plus to many people. I do this with confidence as I am also very fussy about my home. No need to look any further - just go with the best- Kitchen Designers Plus.

KDP renovated the kitchen of our previous home several years ago, and to renovate the kitchen in our current home we once again went with KDP, largely because of the professionalism, design flair, and obvious expertise of Kelly in the Oakville office. Kelly made a great first impression. Her ability to listen, design ideas, and self confidence surpassed that of designers we met at two of KDP’s competitors. She offered excellent design alternatives we would never have thought of ourselves. Kelly proved very easy to work with. She was accessible throughout the project and replied almost immediately to emails. She was on-site for the beginning of each new phase of the job, and any concerns we had were patiently dealt with. She has a wonderfully positive attitude and was always able to reassure us; never once did we hear “oh, we can’t do that” or “that won’t work.” The trades were uniformly professional and all work was carried out exactly on schedule. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the worksite at the end of each day. As with all jobs of this size, several minor things had to be corrected after the main job was complete. But with Kelly and KDP it’s not a case of repeated phone calls and unanswered messages. She dealt with the issues promptly and courteously, and everything was corrected as promised. The only glitch (which is no fault of Kelly’s) has been a colour mismatch of a cabinet door. The original door was scratched and the cabinet company has sent two replacement doors but neither door has matched the colour of the remaining cabinetry. This remains to be rectified, but we have every confidence that Kelly and KDP will make it right. If you are hesitant to renovate your kitchen after watching TV programs featuring nightmare renovation jobs, you needn’t worry if you sign on with KDP. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, and we highly recommend the company, and particularly Kelly in the Oakville office. Well done Kelly!!

I had thought about renovating my kitchens for several years. When I visited a friend, I admired their kitchen Reno. They recommended Kelly at Kitchen Designers Plus in Oakville. I visited Kelly and immediately felt comfortable with her. Kelly was knowledgeable and had a friendly yet professional manner. She quickly got a sense of what I wanted in my new kitchen. Together we came up with a design that met my needs and my wish list, all within my budget. True to her word, I had a completely operational kitchen in 6 weeks, start to finish. No delays. Kelly exceeded my expectations and offered her expert advice on many items outside of my kitchen renovation. She was always available for questions. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone embarking on the sometimes daunting journey of renovating!
