It has now been 8 months since we paid a grand total of 20 Thousand for chandeliers and still haven't received the complete order as of yet. Managers and Owners are not responsible enough to update customers on the status of the order and expect the customer to call for an update. Numerous times we have been told "the products will arrive next week"... ''Next week'' came and went without the products or even a lousy phone call explaining the situation. Other times we have been ''the manager will call you back shortly'' .... It's now been 3 months and have yet to hear back from them. Clearly this business non-trustworthy so save yourself the headache beautiful people and shop elsewhere!. Competitors might be a little expensive but at least they are professional... peace of mind takes the cake always.Review from Patrick Patrick

Since my experience with this terrible company and my posted review I have warned many people about Lando lighting and have successfully detured people from shopping there. I know of 2 people that shopped there despite my advice not to go there, and both had to cancel their orders do to same story as mine, sell as NEW ship USED OPEN BOX. They never follow up, you have to chase them. Kept on the phone for some time (on purpose) before the person you are calling for picks up. Are improperly updated about the update of product. They will tell you for months that they placed the order and are waiting for it. Then tell you "oh we are in process of ordering." Tell you the product is ordered and expected in x number of weeks. When you call to follow up, advised that the product is discontinued. This is NOT a game. Two months ago, I ordered a long list of lights from your store for my new home and paid 100% of the invoice prior to delivery because Nicolas (your sales person who is part of your family that owns this store) confirmed that everything was in stock and that it would be shipped. He even said that he checked everything himself. Now I know that this was intentional on his part to collect money. When the shipment arrived half the order was missing, parts were missing from the lights that did arrive and things were broken. I gave you a lot of money based on your promise to deliver the FULL order in its entirety. You now have thousands of dollars of my money (you know the amount, its 5 digits!) and you haven't replied to any of our multiple emails or phone calls and haven't shown the courtesy of a reply. I know that you are doing online sales during covid and are still running a business but have conveniently not replied to our messages. It’s been 2 months that you have been holding onto my money and I don't have half the products on the invoice I paid. That's not exactly living up to your claim to have good customer service. Please reply to one of our many requests to resolve this. I know that you know that there are legal ramifications to your actions. I'd prefer not to pursue that path. I want my lights or a refund immediately in the next 24 hours. There is no scenario where you get to keep my money without delivering the order. We have tried for weeks to do this by contacting you directly and Nicolas even communicated that he is aware of the short shipment and will handle it but he has since not followed up on this promise either. Ignoring your customer demonstrates a complete lack of respect and entitlement and shows how little you care about your customers. Your complete lack of responsiveness and lack of being considerate speaks volumes to your less than optimal values and integrity. Lando offers a great selection lighting in their showroom. Their staff is helpful and informative and go the extra mile to make suggestions based on room sizes, ceiling heights and style of decor. I would recommend this lighting store out of all others. I have never been treated so well, since the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff were happy to help me find lights for my house. I have recommended to all my families and friends.Answer from pro:

Great selection with no customer service. Do not return calls or follow through as they say. Stood at counter and was asked by the owner if I was being served. I responded “finally”. He gave me a look and walked away. Horrible attitude. I would go there to look for a product but go buy it elsewhere where you are treated with respectAnswer from pro:

I have had the best experience with lando lighting. I have been going to them for manyyears and have never been disappointed. If there was any issues lando had the problem fixed within the day. On top of it they are the nicest group of people. I have told my family members about them and they have ordered many times as well and always leave happy. After visiting the city and every lighting store that exists I have to say that the service that I received from Lando lighting was next to none. Matthieu and Jesika are absolutely exceptional and the attention to detail and time spent trying to help me was unlike anything I have ever experienced. This place is a MUST for all of your lighting needs. I promise you, that you will not find a better deal anywhere else!
