    Couches

    Leons sends out brocken couches previously returned happened twice never again will I buy from leons especially the couches and adjustable couches !

    Bad quality and warranty insurance policy

    About 4 years ago I bought a washer machine from Leon furniture with a 4 years extended warranty with king and state insurance. Then about January 2024 I had issues with my washer. I made a complaint on king and state warranty, then I never heard from them for about 4 months. I called them, the girls who answered said that they have technical issues with their system thats why they dont know if they answered to me or not!!!! lol its strange, isnt it?! They scheduled an appointments with the technician, 1 time, 2nd time , 3rd time, 4th time and the 5th time. Every time they says needs to order a part. They replace all the parts of my machine, mostly then my machine still not working! Waaaouh ! How can happen this ?! After all this harassment they decided to give me a credit of 400 ish . I said no the warranty state a replacement, they said be a I purchased a pro-ratted product! Then when I checked the booklet warranty and the receipt from Leon , I send an email to say that you are wrong I bought a non pro-rated product. Then they apologized and offered me a 849 dollars (the amount I bought it before taxes) and they asked me to call Leon to help me to purchase a new machine! Witch I did multiple time but Leon refuse to reduce the price of the machine that cost now with special price 1149 before taxes. The Leon ask me to call king and state insurance and this insurance ask me to call Leon, so going back and forth without any ones help! And both of them ignoring me now. The king and state refuse even to pay the taxes. The booklet contract state that if 3 times without repair they order a replacement to the retailer!! lol you kidding me! Not only they refuse to pay for taxes but also they gave 30 days expiration for the credit. Its not mentioned this on the contract!

    Jessica sofa

    Bought the Jessica Sofa set back in May 2024 having issues with the cushions getting wrinkles after sitting on them they came and stuffed them now it got worse contact them again now they are saying I have to pay to fix it after I paid for extended warranty

    Never Ever Again!!!

    Never Again!!! Promise you the world when taking your money, but have a sudden loss of memory when there is any problem. We will never shop at Leon's again. We were not told the truth, then they tried to deliver damaged merchandise. If I had wanted "Scratch and Dent" appliances I wouldn't have paid full price! Whenever we called to speak with the sales Rep., he was conveniently Off that day! Left messages for him to call us and never heard from anyone. Finally showed up with a fridge at 8 a.m. with no warning. They don't have a clue what Customer Service is!!! Never again

    Waiting on a working fridge for over 3 year

    Fridge deemed defective by Frigidaire, we have been waiting on the replacement for over a year and Leon's can't return an email or voice mail. Leon's customer service goes silent.

    Leon's Furniture on Heron Rd Ottawa

    Buyers beware, stay FAR FAR away from this company. They are misleading. We purchased beige leather couches less than a year ago, and purchased their warranty because we were sold on the fact that ALL stains and rips would be covered. My 4 year old daughter left a small piece of slime on the couch, that left a stain that will not go away. To our surprise, they are not covering it under warranty, since it's not "specified" to be included in their list. We would have never purchased these couches to begin with, and were hesitant to do so but the sales rep sold us that ALL stains and tears being covered, that we had nothing to worry about and we would have complete peace of mind which is dissappointing to say the least. They are offering as a goodwill gesture to send us a cleaning kit that we already have that didn't work, which is a complete slap in the face. They are also trying to say this is not their responsibility, and to deal with the third part warranty company rather than them. For the record, this is the only bad review I have ever written. Being a business owner myself, I always give people and businesses the benefit of doubt. I should note that the warranty company ignored my warranty requests for a month and a half. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the complete disappointment. Trust and holding to your word goes a long way, but definitely not with this company.

    Unacceptable customer service from Leon’s furniture in Burlington

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Leon's Furniture Burlington. I purchased a 17,000 dollars worth of furniture from Leon's, including dinning table/chairs, bed and a sofa. Both the bed/sofa were of unacceptable quality. The bed makes an unbearable screeching noise with every movement, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. As if that wasn't enough, the sofa I received was itchy, damaged, and completely uncomfortable. When I contacted customer service to address these issues, I was met with no resolution regarding the bed and a 25% restocking fee to Leon's as the only option for the sofa. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they expected me to lose money by paying for the replacement of these faulty items. The entire experience has been frustrating and costly. I strongly advise against shopping at Leon's Furniture in Burlington. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is atrocious. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

    Lobby furniture

    I would recommend them to anyone seeking to buy furnitures to their home. Extremely fascinating furnitures with clean finish. Their service was also exceptional. The designs were really modern and eye catching.

    Delivered defective

    I bought a queen size bed frame, and when the delivery came it was damaged and scratched. Customer service didn't offer any discount ,and didn't replaced it or offer store credit. I asked for a refund and they said that I can't recieve a refund. After 3 months of arguing, they only refunded me half the original price. I am very disappointed and upset with the outcome.
