    Very poor delivery services

    The worst delivery services I have ever seen. They left the furniture in a hallway of the first floor after it did not get into an elevator. Very rude and unprofessional attitude of delivery staff. They never came back despite the customer service confirmed several times that they would come back to fix it.

    In the beginning the chairs were not balance and it took 2 weeks till they come and fix it. In 2 years, sofa, loveseat and chairs teared and lemons and insurance co. didn't accept the responsibility. we have spend about 60000 $ in lemons store and now we have some garbage in our home which we have to pay to get rid of them . I strongly don't recommend this store.

    WORST SERVICE EVER

    Purchased 2 sofas for 2000$. The delivery was scheduled for December 30th 2017, 3 drunk deliverymen showed up and could not bring the sofas because they barely stood straight. One of them fell three times trying to bring a sofa in my building's elevator. Since they couldnt bring them up they just left. We had to contact the customer services and they just rescheduled to january 3rd. We spent new years eve with nothing to sit on. When we finally received our sofas, one of them was COMPLETLY BROKEN. The cushion was used and the back fell off. I've never seen such a thing in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST SERVICE. WOST PRODUCT.

    Reclining sofa

    Stated no delivery until 26th of December..today being 5th of January was told hopefully around 12th but no guarantee.. we bought 16th of December..full refund and they could care less..cash deal ..never ever go back and will advertise for them free..

    Very poor and rude customer service. Refuse to exchange defective product ( 55 inches smat samsung smart TV. )

    Very poor and rude customer service. RECEIVED new Samsung smart TV. It had a defective vertical grey line on the screen and when contacted the customer service on the same day, they refused to replace or accepted return for defective one. This is the 2nd experience with leons.

    Terrible Service and Delivery

    I purchased new leather furniture from Leons. When it was delivered the delivery drivers came into my home with their shoes on and their gloves were filthy. As a result there were stains left all over my new cream leather furniture. Leons had to have a repair person come out to clean the leather. Then one of the recliners in my love seat broke. They had a lady come out to look at it, who did nothing and I heard nothing back. I got a hold of this repair person" who said the parts were on order. this was in September. The parts are not in yet, it is December. I cannot get a hold of anyone in service. Have left messages with no return call. I finally got a hold of someone who said she would call me back and never did. Absolute garbage!!!!!!

    Number of issues

    I will NEVER recommend leons to ANYONE. Last sept. I moved to Toronto and bought not just a couch but a whole condo worth of stuff I even bought protection for my carpet and leather.... under a year a rip has happened in the seem in the pillow attched to the couch ( where we sit) and also the "leather " started to crack between the two of the couch cushions. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN UNDER A YEAR I called leons end of aug. Early September and a tech came out looked at the couch and took pictures... told me someone will be in touch I gave leons over a week to get back to me, and of course no one contacted me. I then contacted them frustrated with what had be going on and the girl took my name AND number and told me awesome news that I had been approved for a new couch!! I then asked can I just get the same couch I have she said no it has been discontinued. That was sad news but I was still absolutely happy that I was approved for a new coach. I asked her more details of what to do and then we said good bye. Kid you not 20 mins later... She calls me back tells me that she was looking at the wrong profile. My question is how do you look at the wrong profile when you take someone's name and number and even look up the couch that I have and tell me if it's someone elses profile... either the number won't match the name or other eat around.... After that I spoke with a duty manager that said they would look into it and again no one had gotten back to me after saying that. I gave them a few days and I called back and now I'm speaking to a store manager named Darwin he also said he would look into it and get back to me do you think I heard back no. Yet again I'm the one that's reaching out to Leon's and I finally get in touch with another store manager named Aiza. ( it now been OVER A MONTH) at this im so angry I told her I had bought the protection care so If there not going to do anything i will call them and make a claim for my couch. *** keep in mind i first made this complaint under my one year of having the couch**** I also bought 5 year protect so since leons has not been helpfull not even head office as I wrote and e mail in and still have not heard back...... I went to make a claim. This brings me to this morning... they then tell me I am not covered.. okay... leons why the heck would I spend money on a protection coverage if I'm not even going to be covered.. "The Company remains committed to continued growth in sales and profits for the benefit of its shareholders, Company associates and customers" Coped and pasted from their web site... just as seen here customers are last... clearly just care about their sales and profits, nothing to do with customers!! Don't shop their you will be disappointed!!!!!!!!

    Nothing is ever in stock

    I have ordered from Leons 7 times and have had to wait for weeks beyond what they say is the delivery date and this time is no exception... if I had any other choice I would never shop here, the problem is it is the only store at our end of the province! Not really pleased with them

    Recliner Leather sofa

    Total waste of spendin 100$ extra for protection care which doesnot cover at anytime for anything what ever we ask they say no ..nd there customer care behaviour was so rude...definately im not going to buy from here anymore nd dnt recommend anyone to buy here anything even if they buy dnt take protection at any cost it was not going to help anyways

    BEWARE Of Leons Policy

    Bought a Samsung Stove from Leons with the extra warranty. Stove top had a defect withing 4 weeks. We contacted Leons and they said it is written in their policy that you must contact them within 72 hours of purchasing an item and after that the buyer must deal with the manufacturer themselves. . Got the complete run around from Samsung. No help to us at all. I have heard from others that Samsung is useless when it comes to customer service. Needless to say that was our first and last Samsung purchase and our last purchase ever from Leons. There are much better furniture stores out there. Just make sure you read their policy on assistance and returns.
