    Leons cumtomer serice sucks

    Leons customer service is horrible they deliver broken furniture and deliver it late. I dont reccomend you buy anything from leons. Whenever you call them they just put you on hold then end the call. The only way to buy anything is by going to the store, you cannot purchase any furniture online.

    Leon's no return policy

    First, 3 weeks ago Leon's sold me tv which they did not have in stock (online purchase). After payment was processed I received email saying: "this item is out of stock". Nobody at Leon's could tell me approx delivery date. Picked up tv 2 days ago, was not happy with it so called asking about returning it. Was told that there is no returns just because somebody is not happy with the purchase and that it is specified during ordering process. I said it is not. After checking with web department customer service person called me back saying: "it is part of FAQ". How many people read FAQ when ordering online? Have been Leon's customer for over 20 years, NEVER AGAIN.

    Leons - extremely bad experience from there

    their sales are final be Aware of that very well. if you get product and it does not work you will find yourself in a circle where store will send you to the manufacturer and manufacturer to the store while you are stuck witn product that does not work. and once they take your money good luck with evetything. i will never buy snything from their store again. bad customer service and process very bad. we learner our lesson well and have paid a lot for it.

    Leather sectional

    Sales rep measured sectional which did not fit would not let us return and took 5 months for replacement pieces took 5 months to process credit for returned pieces extremely poor customer service no reads notes and management unavailable

    Recliner chair

    I am a widowed 70 year old and purchased a new sofa and recliner chair from Leon's approximately 4 yrs 3 months ago. The recliner chair is unusable because the padding has collapsed. The sofa is ok but it doesn't get used very often. I have been using a cushion for approximately 6-8 months now but it still causes back pains. Can't really afford to replace it so I use a kitchen chair now. Of course Leon's aren't interested in doing anything. It doesn't get a lot of use but it is now basically garbage!!

    Sofa Set

    They do NOT honour their 60 day price guarantee, don't fall for the dishonest trap. I returned given Black Friday had 20% all furniture and was subsequently denied the rebate, so frustrated.

    Serves

    I did purchase bsd and TV they told me they will deliver within a week I was waiting for thim nobody show up even I didn't want to work week later I called them again they said they will deliver it after I spoke to theim finale get it I open the box to assemble my TV and part missing I went to Leon I spoke to them they said we will order the part over 2 weeks I haven't get anything anye one youpurchas from Leon you have to watch your ur Itme be careful them before you lose the money

    Mattress

    Purchased king mattress, $500 down called to pay balance before delivery but Leon's do not accept credit cards over the phone for more than $50 so you have to go back to the store, they don't understand this is the 21st century. Delivery was a complete screw up, also gave us 2 free pillows which were single pillows for a king bed, couldn't understand why we weren't grateful for 2 useless pillows. In general service was poor and attitude was even worse. Please do not buy from Leon's near Sherway unless you like to be treated poorly.

    TV

    I had really bad experience. I bought a TV. It didn't work with 72 hours. It's within 72 hours. They didn't response at all. Don't buy anything from Leon's. You will regret when you try. Trust me!!!!!!!!!

    Inferior products

    I recently purchased a sectional from this store. When I got it on the first delivery, there was a hole from what seemed like a burn, the bottom of the chair where the lining for the dust protectors was ripped and the cushions at the back looked as though they were either old or not stuffed properly. Leon's agreed to replace the chairs but when they came there were two large holes hidden by the cushions, one of them starting to rip. We approached Leon's once again, they said a technician would come to look at it, I made arrangements with him, I sat and waited for two hours and he never showed. I then went to the store again and demanded a refund. They told me nothing could be done without the technician taking a look. He finally came the next day and reported to them that there was nothing wrong with the chair. After paying $2, 200 of my hard earned money getting an inferior product and sitting down waiting for 2 hours every time for a technician to show up is not acceptable. I am seeking a refund of my money forthwith.
