Purchased sofabed did not know if it fitted in my small room being 76" Leons reasurred that it would fit and that their delievery people are skilled and can fit everything in. They had delieved and fitted the sofa bed in the small room. We are very happy.

My wife and I went to the Leons store at the corner of Markham rd and Nugget in Scarborough - we were looking to purchase a new bedroom set and the sales rep. was awesome he went out of his way to find us what we were looking for.

We purchased a living room set (couch, chair, ottoman) from here. The service we received was great. There were some minor repairs required when delivered and the repairs were done quickly and professionally.

My wife and I purchased a beautiful Dinette table ($999), which the deliver guys installed themselves. Got a great price on Samsung 40 LCD ($799) and a beautiful Bed frame ($899) which they also installed even thou it wasn't suppose to be. The sales people were very friendly and informative. We will be coming back to purchase furniture in the future at this specific location.

My wife a I went to leon's to find a sofa, love seat and chair. I'm no good with colours and matching things. The sales lady was very informative and helped my wife match and pick out some furniture. We were very pleased with the level of service provided.

We went hunting for some new furniture for our living room. Not being the type of people who like to be bombarded for a Sale when we go into a store, we were very thankful for the pleasant customer service we got from start to finish at this Leon's. We did meet a Sales lady there, who introduced herself, told us where to look around and basically left us alone until we were ready to purchase. From start to finish, and delivery at our home...overall exceptional service and we will be back there again in the near future.

I went to Leon's Scarborough store with my wife in Mar 31, 2008. We planned to buy a set sofa. When I paid my bill, I found that Leon's store charged me 6% for GST. And I reminded the Cashier several times, and after he confirmed with the manager, he changed the GST rate to 5%. I talked to the store manager and also wrote an email to customer care center. They insisted that this is a single case. But I don't think so. When I paid the bill, it was almost 9:00 pm, and I don't think I am the first customer of this cashier. He could make the simliar problems for all customer he has severed ( please be reminded that I had asked him several time for the wrong tax rate). And also, the rate is set by the Leon's computer system. If the system made mistakes, all customer may be charge 1% more for GST. I am very disappointed with the Leon's service, GST has be cut down to 5% for two months, and Leon's system still allows such thing happen. If you bought something from Leon's in the pass two months, check your invoice. If you has been charged 6% GST, please add you review here. I want to prove to them this is not an isolated case.

After searching for quite some time, I bought a sofa at Leons. I was very happy with the Service in store. The after sales service was exceptional as well. I would definitely recommend Leons to family and friends.

Our initial buffet was extremely damaged upon opening the box. Leon's exchanged it without any hassle. The only negative was that we had to return it ourselves, since we had picked it up instead of having it delivered originally.

I purchased a TV from Leons, and bought the extended warranty. The TV has broken down 2wice now. I called in and told thier CS dept. and they told me the salesperson shouldnt have sold me an extended warranty..what kind of service is this, they wont even admit that the tv they sold me is a lemon....and refuse to give me a new tv, claiming they will fix the old one...well its been 3 weeks, and there is no sign ofmy tv coming back...I am tv-less...and out 1600 dollars
