    Poor customer service, defected product delivery

    I ordered a brand new dining table but they delivered a defective price and offered a discount but the team didnt know the discount amount which leads to zero trust on transparency. The ask for replacement is still in progress.

    charging you than quoted

    I purchased two new couches and was looking for two cushions replacements, i was quoted $60.00 each and waited 5 weeks for them , they have arrived and now leons is trying to charge me $120.00 US dollars in which wasn't said to me living in Canada not something i would ask ,now they want to charge me $150.00 Canadian for both and admitted it was there error on their part and still wants me to pay the difference so they are stuck with two cushions because of their error .

    misleading advertizing

    misleading advertizing- using mobile device shopping for washer and dryer, leon's website suggests items of interest are in stock (checked box and working "in stock" ) for some of the products which suggested the items I was looking at were in stock. after ordering and paying I receive an email confirmation that I will receive an email when stock is available. when replying for an explanation I have not reveived any communication. only after calling the local store was I informed I would be waiting a while. order cancelled.

    Very bad customer service, and delay in delivery

    Very bad customer service. Bought sofa set on Dec 2023, promised to be delivered after 12 weeks. Then, they said we have to wait more and can't guarantee that the items will be delivered another 12 weeks. So, after waiting for 4 months, we have to wait another 3-4 months (NOT PROMISED), may be 1 or 2 years, to have a sofa to set on. SERIOUSLY!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Mustafa

    Bad service

    Long story short is Leons in Kingston do nothing but ignore the truth. I had to take back my first set of washer and dryer. Service manager was not even going to let me return it and said to me you shouldnt have bought the cheap set. Well I never thought LG was cheap. After convincing me to buy a more expensive set I asked for them to mail me my old receipt and a new one for my new set. My receipt for old set was $1747.32. The receipt they sent me for the old set is $1227.58. The receipt they sent me was not the original receipt. I will not speak to anyone at Leons Kingston after this awful ordeal. I am waiting for the corporate office to call me so I can explain what the Kingston branch has done to me. Stay tuned

    Recliner and lift chair

    We bought our chairs in the Peterborough store. Our Leons sales rep was Brigham. He did an excellent job. Showed a number of options going quite well with what we had expressed interest in. He showed great knowledge in describing the functions and features of every chair. Then answered questions we had. He then had the courtesy to leave us alone to discuss and try the chairs several times to compare our comfort. While we did that he assisted other customers rather than sitting idle showing great initiatives. If I were hiring I would certainly look at Brigham to employee. As it is I will definitely go back to Brigham when we are ready to buy again. Great job Brigham!!!

    Bedroom furniture set

    I have bought a king headboard, footboard, rails, night stand and 2 dressers that are damaged. The managers said that they would have the Replacements inspected before they set up a delivery. Unfortunately that was not true as I have had 2 deliveries on 2 different days of the same dresser and both were damaged as well. They sent out a repair guy to try and fix the side table and he damaged it even more. I have made myself available for 4 days now and it doesn't seem to matter to Leon's. I would highly recommend not buying anything from Leon's. My rating is a ZERO.

    Orthopaedic Bed and Mattress

    Excellent Service Delivery crew went beyond our expectation and manners were exceeded to the max!! Amazing customer service and was most appreciated.

    Beware future customers!!!!

    Worst place to get your Electronics, got my 65inches TV on sunday and my place didn't fit the TV. And I decided to returned the TV on Saturday since I haven't even open it. They told me there is no return policy. Just 6days apart.. Can you imagine? Beware guys! Leons is a no no place to get anything. Am going to tell everyone I get across to beware of this company because they don't care if you're satisfied with your purchase or not!!!!!

    Stove

    Stove didnt work when delivered.went and chose another model cause the one I wanted would take 6 weeks to come in.when second stove was delivered side panel fell off. Went to store and asked to speak to manager she wouldnt come and talk to me ..now waiting for third stove. Very disappointed And absolutely no compensation for all this .dont feel they value my business. This was my third purchase from Leons this year but I will never go back
