We inquired with a few people to have our eavestrough cleaned. Magic Monkey was the only company that got back to us immediately and able to do the job the next day. We were not home during the job but can confirm that the eavestrough was cleaned well since we are not experiencing water leaking/dripping during rainfall from roof and damaging our brick walls.

Patrick is great -- responsive, professional and thorough. We found him on Home Stars and have been pleased with his service. Our neighbours also saw him at our place and have used him now more than once as well!

Sent an email about my eavestrough pouring water. Patrick responded quickly and said he would let me know when he could come over. He then called to say he had been in the area so was at the house and checking the eavestrough. He checked and fixed it on the spot - all while I was at work! Great service. Highly recommend.

Patrick was called to seal our gutters, clean the debris and install the gutter guard system in our eaves troughs. He was very thorough and was professional throughout the entire job. He even accommodated a weekend appointment given some property access issues during the week. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a hassle free, professional experience.

I am so pleased that I called Magic Monkey to clean my eaves troughs. Patrick did an excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with so I asked him to install Gutter Filters. He quickly returned to do the job and again was prompt, thorough and painstaking. He also photographed his work and emailed the pictures to me showing a perfect installation. I have used Patrick in the past to get my eaves and windows cleaned. He always does a meticulous job, cleaning the eaves thoroughly and leaving no debris behind. He does a great job on the windows too. With houses in close proximity to one another in our neighborhood, getting the eaves cleaned well is important. I would recommend him to anyone who wants things done well and properly.

i have twice used magic monkey - and have just called him to come again for this season. the first time he cleaned my eaves...it took him a really long time as the former company i used was not doing a very good job. he did not charge extra - and believe me, i could really see the difference. he was scraping mung that was God knows what and had been there for who knows how long. Patrick is extremely pleasant to deal with. i have told many of my friends to use him. his rates are quite reasonable. he does a fantastic job. full stop. i have just read a review on this where someone gave him a rotten rating - of 1 star. i admire his response. that was a very unfair rating, and as you see, all other reviewers praise him. magic monkey also does window cleaning...that for me was more a 7ish..however Patrick was not cleaning the windows himself. and cleaning windows to perfection is pretty stubborn work - so no regrets. but room for improvement on that part. :P

Patrick came yesterday to clean our eaves - this was the first time I've used him, and he did a great job with the eaves. Our house is very tall and doesn't have much clearance on the sides, so it was not necessarily an easy job and he dealt with this very well. Very reasonable price. He is also very nice and professional. I will be using him again.

This is the 4th season I've relied on Patrick to prep our eaves for the onslaught of winter. As usual, his service didn't disappoint! He did an amazing job, above and beyond, and I will certainly be reaching out to him again in the spring. Thanks for your professionalism!

Patrick was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. His price was extremely fair and he even fixed a shingle that had come loose at no extra charge. Our house is very tall - a lot of contractors etc are turned off by this. Not Patrick - he did it safely, efficiently, and with expert results. Very impressed. Highly recommend!!!
