    Cleaning Gutter and Eavestroughs

    Easy to arrange and organized on the phone. The cleaning occurred when I was not home about 6-8 weeks ago. Three weeks ago after a rainstorm, I noticed that there was no water flowing from the downspout, so climbed up to the roof and found one gutter full of leaves and mush. No evidence of cleaning being done here. Day before yesterday, another rainstorm and found another downspout totally blocked with leaves and dirt. Makes me wonder if any work was done or if only some of the easy work was done and the rest left incomplete. Very disappointed.

    Hello Anand. You requested your cleaning to be done early April this year, which was done THREE MONTHS AGO. The trees typically shed their seedlings by end of May to early June so this would explain why your eaves and spouts now have debris inside. Unless you have a gutter guard or filter system installed to cover your eaves-trough your eaves will continue to fill up with debris! This is why I recommend installing GUTTER FILTER© for my clients. Why didn't you call me back and let me know your downspout was blocked? I would have returned to inspect your eaves and downspouts free of charge! Instead you choose to leave me negative feedback THREE MONTHS AFTER your cleaning!?? Don't you think your being a bit harsh and unreasonable by choosing not to contact me first before posting a negative feedback for matters beyond my control without giving me the option or opportunity to resolve the issue? If you are "wondering" about the service I provided for you THREE MONTHS AGO, why not call me and ask? I understand your disappointment but I do not deserve such abuse or unreasonably spiteful comments from you.

    Eaves/Gutter cleaning

    This is the third year that I have contacted Patrick to clean the eaves and gutter. He does an excellent job and is always polite and friendly. The leaves and debris are removed from the premises. Will definitely use their service again.

    Eavestrough cleaning

    Patrick did a great job cleaning the eavestrough. I was impressed that he was willing to come on such short notice and on a cold day and so late in the season. Thanks Patrick for doing such a great job!

    Eaves-trough cleaning

    Patrick from Magic Monkey has amazing customer service! Great communication and got back to me very quickly. He also helped me clean up my front porch and gave before/after pictures of my eaves-trough since I would not be able to easily verify his work. Punctual and efficient! Magic Monkey has certainly earned a regular customer.

    Fall Eaves cleaning

    We called Magic Monkey last week (after finding them on Homestars) and they were excellent at coming quickly, providing an accurate quote, and getting the work done all within days at the end of the season. We needed the eaves cleaned and will definitely call them again next year. We have also asked them for a quote for some eaves repairs that we need done and I'm sure that service will be just as good.

    Gutter cleaning, repair

    Patrick returns calls promptly, provides accurate estimates, arrives on schedule, performs very good work, is courteous and exceeds all expectations. We selected him based on Homestar recommendations and we were entirely satisfied. We will use Magic Monkey exclusively in the future, and gladly join others in offering a recommendation.

    Window cleaning

    We were referred to Patrick by our realtor prior to the sale of our house. We had very little time to get ready and Patrick was able to come on short notice and cleaned our windows in and out as well as our sky lights and back sliding doors. We were very happy with the end result as well as the price. The place looked great for the open houses and he made sure to leave the place looking great - no water marks or dirt in the sliding doors etc. We would highly recommend Patrick and his crew.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and Securing

    We needed our really high eavestroughs cleaned as they were clogged. I was able to arrange a time very promptly and they came and finished the job very thoroughly and quickly. There were also few loose eavestroughs and they were able to secure those with no problems. I will definitely call them again for our annual eavestrough cleanings.

    Eavestrough Cleaning (semi-detached)

    Patrick came on short notice at the end of the season. Estimate was very reasonable. The job was done quickly that same day, and there was no mess. I will be hiring Patrick again next spring and fall, no doubt. A perfect experience.

    Eaves Cleaning

    I would highly recommend Magic Monkey. Patrick and his co-worker did a really fantastic job. They went far beyond the call of duty, and I would have them back anytime.
