I cleaned most of our gutters myself, but didn't feel comfortable getting up to one on top our peaked porch. Patrick fixed us up with a one day turn around. Reasonable rates, good communication, no complaints!

My eavestroughs needed cleaning very badly. They were all gunked up from a previous roofing job and the last I had them cleaned the people I hired weren't very thorough. Magic Monkey however were absolutely fantastic -- they returned my calls and gave me an estimate in a timely fashion, spent time to hear out my concerns and asked questions for greater clarification, and did a thorough cleaning. I won't hesitate to hire them again to clean my gutters.

Did a great job. Our last guy did not clean everything out properly so Magic Monkey ended up spending longer than they had expected. They did not complain, very professional. Will use them from now on.

Magic Monkey eaves cleaning does a thorough job and price was reasonable. Gutters were cleared of leaves and dirt and place was left clean. Will definitely use Magic Monkey again.

I called Patrick about a cleaning quite late in the season and he managed to fit us in right before the first snowfall. He was on time, courteous, and fast: he cleaned out two blocked down spouts and even removed a piece of the trough and brought it over to show me where the blockage was. He also had some recommendations for avoiding the blocked spouts in the future. Highly recommended!

They were professional and on-time, and cleaned the evestroughs and gutters ably. Was unsettling, however, when a guy came 'round the next day and offered to clean my troughs for less than half the price. But then again, the guy looked like he'd just stepped out of the Bermondsey transfer station...

I was introduced to Magic Monkey by my next door neighbor. My eaves were causing an overflow between our lane way that was leaking into the foundation which would have cost $2,000+ in repairs had the leak continued. Being a single woman and sick with a limited budget, I did not need the extra stress. Patrick was very professional and polite. He stopped the leaking from my eaves and took his time cleaning my windows to perfection. I highly recommend this company to anyone, it's money worth spending.

Our house was being eaten by an out-of-control vine that had spread onto the roof. We asked Patrick if he would be willing to tackle it. He requested some emailed photos to judge the slope of the roof and within a few days arrived with ladder and clippers. He had the vine down within minutes, cleaned our eavestroughs and washed our discoloured siding. He worked very hard, was polite and well organized. We highly recommend him.

We set the job up over the phone, including a quote. The dude arrived on time, stuck to the quote, did the best job yet, and cleaned up. I'll definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, did an excellent job and honoured the quote he provided me over the phone. Not only that, he cleaned up after he was done and bagged the gutter waste ready for collection by the city. I'd hire him again.
