Very dissspointed with our last purchase at Martin Daniel. The service and quality has gone down dramatically. The sales people are extremely rude and will say anything to get the sale. Once it's finalized, they will deny what they had promised earlier. The customer service is just as disappointing. Basically, no warranty on the purchase and you have to take care of the product yourself. They just ignore your emails claiming later that they were too busy. If you're planning on spending money on good quality furniture and service - go elsewhere.

I purchased some items from Martin Daniel Interiors and never will again. I had a terrible feeling going into this as the sales staff and showroom staff are quite cold and rude. 4 months after my purchase I started having issues with my furniture and contacted the showroom numerous times to hear about the warranty information -- To date (3 months later) I have not received a call back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Since my purchase i've gone to Restoration Hardware to purchase other items for our cottage and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Some words of advice to this "family oriented" business: Customers are the reason YOU are in business. Keep your customers happy and they will come back. It's a very simple concept. People like me that have had terrible experiences, tend to share those terrible experiences, like I have with my Muskoka cottage community and via social media. Please beware from buying from this organization -- They do not stand behind their product and their staff is terrible.

I agree with Heidi. Items are falling apart and there is no follow up on repair or service after spending a lot at the store. Disappointed with the customer service given the price of furniture at the store.

My husband and I found the staff at Martin Daniel to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with selecting furniture for our new home. Valerie was attentive and patient with answering all my questions. We would definitely recommend Martin Daniel to our family and friends looking for beautiful unique and timeless pieces.

Artwork started chipping after 2 months of it hanging on my wall. Customer service has done nothing for me. I have called Anna-Marie at least 4 times and have yet to get a response. Buyer beware! For the amount of money it costs to shop here, the customer service is lacking.

Bought a bedroom set and lamp. The lamp hasn't worked from day one and I've left numerous messages and spoke to AnnaMaria numerous times but no one calls back with a solution. It is too bad because they do have beautiful furniture but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

So glad we found this place! It is a wonderful family run business, and they really do care! We needed a lot of help furnishing our very empty dining room, and they were happy to provide it. Martin and his staff were very patient with us, and helped us find the perfect set - and the price was amazing. We couldn't be happier. The (free) delivery guys were great, and when we noticed a small problem with our dining room table, they replaced the piece the same day. We were really impressed, and will definitely be repeat customers. Highly recommended.
