Harwood Flooring in the house
Rick and his team (Thomas and Attila) did the excellent installation of the hardwood flooring at our house. I would highly recommend their services if someone is considering flooring renovation. Rick is a one stop shop for Quality work, Best prices, Job completion within time frame and above all he is highly HONEST person. If you have not contacted him for renovation yet, your search is still incomplete. I express my sincere thanks to Rick and his team once again. All the best.

Hardwood flooring installation
Hired them to install flooring. Everything went as planned. No delays. Reliable. Straightforward service. Would recommend. First day they ripped out carpet, next few days installed the wood. Very knowledgeable

Match and replace 100 year old Hardwood Floor
We can't say enough about Rick and his team. Honest, straightforward and super high craftsmanship! Rick was able to match our 100 year old oak floors, when others told us it was not possible. From quoting to finish Mclaughlin Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend with total confidence and trust.

Hardwood flooring, 3-bdrm house
I came across Rick's page here on homestars because I was looking for his phone number to recommend to a friend. Reading so many good reviews I felt ashamed I never wrote mine marking the excellent job he did replacing my floors four years ago. I personally liked very much Rick's professionalism, timeliness, and advice. So many things I, a layman, didn't think about; Rick took time to explain where things could be done simpler and I could save, and where quality shouldn't be jeopardized. That was most appreciated as it helped me get the best result at a decent price. Specifically, Rick was able to eliminiate squeaking and flatten out areas that previously were uneven. Four years later I'm still enjoying the great job Rick did, no squeaking, the floors look great. I don't think I could have made a better choice.

Hardwood floor installation
We were provided with outstanding craftsmanship price was fantastic was on time and met our slim deadline Took there time and the job was done right. Would highly recommend to any one that needs there flooring done!

Laying laminate, carpet and Vinyl flooring
I would recommend Jordon and Dominic for any flooring job you have!! They were excellent. There did a fantastic job and we are 100% pleased with the workmanship. They are professional, polite and went the extra mile to deliver above our expectations. They were diligent to really clean the rooms they worked in. Hardwood Installation
I would highly recommend McLaughlin Flooring to anyone looking to have hardwood installed. There were cheaper options out there, but from the initial visit we felt comfortable with Rick. He took his time reviewing the project and provided us with an itemized quote that covered everything. Rick, Tomas and Attilla always showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every evening before they left. The communication throughout the project was excellent. Thank you Rick!

Hardwood installation
I would like to commend Rick and company for a job very well done. Rick was very professional and polite in all our interactions, and always willing to answer our questions. He made sure the job was completed within the promised time parameters and the installers were efficient, professional and tidy. I am super pleased with the results and have already recommended him to friends.

installing hardwood in four bedrooms project...
We cant thank Jordan and Dominic enough for installing our hardwood floors in four bedrooms of our home..They were well organized, professional and just really nice guys to deal with ..Reliable and efficient guys in completing the job and cleaning up afterwards ...They kept to the timeline and just made our installation easy with no stress ... we would recommend Jordan and his crew to future projects...

Laminate flooring WOW
Rick and his team (Atilla and Thomas) did an amazing job. They installed laminate flooring in my entire home with professionalism, honesty, and great workmanship. True gentlemen! I also needed carpet installed on my stairs and the man Rick recommended did a wonderful job. I’ve already been asked for both their numbers by a couple of friends. Thanks so much:)
