    Replaced All Roof Shingles

    From the opening quote to the end of the job Tom and his team treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. Tom and his crew showed up on time, worked professionally, diligently and were very polite and friendly. I wrote this review for anyone looking for an honest roofing company who will respect you and your property and get the job done right at a competitive price. Thank you Tom and to your crew for making my roof safe and looking fantastic!

    Peak and flat roof replacement

    We had an old shingle roof and BUR flat roof replaced. Multiple layers of shingle, cedar and several layers of existing flat roof were removed at no additional cost, although the amount for disposal was more than would normally be expected. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Tom and his team are friendly and courteous. Tom is extremely responsive and is great at keeping you up to speed on progress. We are very happy with the work which was done for a very good price and would absolutely recommend Mega City to friends and colleagues.

    Riof

    Fast and efficient. Roof looks great.all done in 2 days and the roof looks great. So far it has withstood a rough April storm.

    Replaced a flat roof on our home

    Tom and the team we very efficient and complete in the service which they provided.From the quote on the project, which was extremely competitive to the final finished product I was very sadisfied with the service and the quality of the finished product. Tom kept us informed and involved from start to finish and made positive suggestions which inhanced the final result of the finished product. In today's world of business this is the type of service and finished product one expects. A Great job, service and completed on time. I would recommend this team to anyone looking at a new roof replacement.Dave

    New Roof

    I would recommend Tom and Mega City Roofing in a heartbeat. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through with everything that was promised. Job was completed even before schedule; when I showed up on the premises, it was like he wasn't even there - clean up was impeccable. The end product is gorgeous. If you need someone effective and effecient to do your roof, hassle free, and that truly cares about their craft, Tom is your guy.

    New Roof

    I needed a roofing company right away (March, 2016) due to shingles falling off from the high winds we have had recently. I called a few roofing companies and left messages with no return calls. I was referred to Mega City Roofing by a friend who had used them and liked their work. I called and left a message. Tom returned my call right away and came to my house to give me a quote. The roof was done the following week. He sent eight (8) guys and had the job done in a day. Tom is a very friendly guy and whenever I called to ask questions, he would call back right away. He said he has been in business for 17 years and it is clear he takes pride in his business. He has had the same crew of guys for 11 years and is fully insured. A good legitimate roofing company.     Replace roof shingles

    Called numerous roofing companies during January to replace shingles. Kept hearing that they are closed for the season and will resume in the Spring. Came across Mega City and called Tom. Tom came out the following day after I called quoted the job and installed the next day. Luckily the weather this winter has been favourable and installing was no issue. Great service and highly recommend.

    House and garage - new roof

    I can't say enough good things about Tom and his crew. I contacted Tom because the roof on my mom's house & garage had been "ravaged" by raccoons. Tom came out that same day, did a thorough inspection (including pictures) showing the extent of the damage. Since the damage was so extensive he moved around other jobs so that my mom's house could be repaired. The crew was fantastic and they certainly had their work cut out for them given the state of the roof and garage! I want to thank Tom, Roman and the crew on behalf of myself and my mom. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Mega City roofing over and above any other company!

    New Roof - 2 Storey House

    What a great experience! This is a big job, that you want to last a long time and it is so hard to know whom to trust. I am so glad that I called Tom at Mega City Roofing!! I used HomeStars first and read a number of reviews, contacting a number of companies for estimates. Tom at Mega City accommodated my busy schedule and came out for a quote. He thoroughly inspected the space, made recommendations for shingle colour and gave a competitive price. Roman, Tom and the team arrived on time, completed the job on time, made sure the skylights were well sealed and left the property tidy - no nails left behind. Even my neighbours commented on the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Mega City to my family and friends (and will do so!). Note: I do not work for, nor was I compensated by Mega City for writing this review for anyone wondering if this is a real or fake review :)
