    Roof Repair

    Thank you Tom for coming to my parents house and fixing their roof so fast. I called one day and the next day Tom was on the job and fixed their roof. Some shingles had blown off from the high winds and their chimney needed re-caulking. Tom went above and beyond to fix the problem and reassure us that the roof will be in great condition for the up and coming winter season. I would definitely recommend Mega City Roofers for any roofing job required, big or small. Thank you again for making this fix an easy one for us to deal with.

    Replaced Roof

    Our roof was in need of replacement for several years. When we first moved in we reshingled our roof, as this was the most cost effective solution. Needless to say there were two layers of Shingles that needed to be replaced. I started this project two years ago in advance and had several companies come by and give us quote and even went so far as to pay an organization to come out and give us a quote. During our search we leveraged Homestars and found that Mega City Roofing had some excellent reviews. I had Tom come out and give us a quote. He was professional, honest and upfront and one of the few companies that actually went on the roof to look at the condition it was in. Tom was honest and upfront on what was required and left me an estimate. After speaking to several companies, we decided to move forward with Mega City. During our business dealings, I found Tom to be honest and upfront. Although not the cheapest, truly received value for my investment and have already recommended Tom to a colleague, who hired him. The team showed up ( 7 people) early and finished the job same day. There were a few linger items that needed to be completed and Tom came out personally to address and ensure it was done. I was impressed in the quality, knowledge and the clean up. I would recommend Tom and the team to anyone who wants the job done well and someone you can trust.

    New Roof

    Great job Tom, Roman and the team were very professional from start to finish. They returned calls and emails promptly and on the day our roof was being replaced turned up punctually. I would recommend this company.

    New residential roof

    I would highly recommend Mega City Roofing Inc. as a very professional company providing excellent workmanship, honest and concise answers to questions and a manner of listening, caring and trying to accommodate your needs which is almost non existent in today's fast paced society. Tom Geo, the owner, personally answered telephone calls almost immediately, gave a quote the next day(on a Saturday) and when booking time came the work was actually done the next day. The crew is a synchronized team of very professional, courteous men who provided expert work and were amazing to watch. A total new roof with old shingles removed within a day and the premises left spotless. Thank you, Tom, Roman and the crew for an excellent job. Your work was very much appreciated.     Complete Roof

    This is a follow up to my review in 2012. Had a small piece of shingle come loose in the wind and I sent Tom a note and came out right away to fix. Small fix but big deal as his after sale service is exceptional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone. Simply you get what you pay for. Thanks Tom for reinforcing our decision to have you replace our roof. It still looks like it was installed yesterday! Ian and Marg.

    Roof Shingling

    Tom Geo and his crew were amazing. Tom provided a quote within days of my request, and spent time with us to go over our options and identified up front anything that could cause our costs to increase. He also came through with the promised window within which the work would be done, without follow-ups from us. The workers were friendly, polite, and focussed, and the job was done in record time, thanks to the size of the crew. All the neighbours were amazed! The roof looks great, and almost as important, there wasn't a speck of material left in the yard or driveway to indicate there had been work done. Thank you, Tom, Roman and the guys. You were marvellous!

    Roof replacement

    I researched the shingle manufacturers, homestars, and BBB, and invited six contractors to come and give me a quote, and Tom responded fast and gave me the most reasonable quote. I especially loved the 20-year labor warranty and 50-year product warranty. Tom also agreed to help fix my downsprout and caulk some eavestroughs. Tom's crew was great--carefully protected my deck, flowers, and airconditioners, and cleaned the site very well after they finished the job. My neighbors were impressed by the crew's professionalism as well! I thoroughly enjoyed the new roof! Thank you Tom for a job well done!

    roof

    I needed my roof done asap as it had a hole in it. I had got a lot of quotes from roofing companies but none of them were professional enough to answer my queries. Tom was amazing so professional. He knew his stuff. He gave me a quote. Gave me an immediate date due to my urgency. He and his crew came in and completed my roof in 4 hours. Their job was amazing. His clean up was amazing too. I am so impressed. I have the best roof from all my neighbors. He is an honest man who let me know everything he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Tom for accommodating me.

    Shingles Replacement

    The whole team is a pleasant to work with. Tom is exceptionally sincere and professional. He explains the whole process and every steps in details with patience from the start of the quote to the end when my roof is completely replaced. Attention to details and ensuring nothing got damaged inside and out. Their professionalism aligns with their great reputation! Strongly recommended!

    New Roof

    Tom and his team were great. While other contractors were telling me 10 days before they could come and fix the roof Tom moved things around and got it done within two days of contacting him (right before another rain storm I should mention). They came in and redid the roof in just one morning. Mega City saved me a lot of stress and extra water damage. Highly recommend.
