Re-roof of Flat Roof
Excellent work, great communication from Tom and a great price. Estimates ranged from $5,000 (questionable craftsmanship) to $14,000, but Tom priced us at a very reasonable $7,900 and squeezed us in before the end of season in early December. He brought a big crew and got the job done in one day, with incredible clean up. They discovered 5 layers of roofing piled on top, including the original cedar. They pulled the whole thing off and built a brand new roof with 2inch ISO board and a top-notch torch down. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

New Roof
Tom and his crew were great. From the first call to the final clean-up they were fantastic to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us some great advice. Tom came out to the house and called me immediate when he saw how bad the roof was. He even tried to fix a few areas as it was going to rain that day. His price was very reasonable for the quality, care and workmanship that he provided. The crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They took great care to ensure that nothing around our house or our neighbours' houses got damaged. The job they did was amazing and exactly as promised. They fixed a couple of problem areas that the builder left behind. They cleaned up everything and it was pretty spotless by the time they were done. They even went down the street to help some neighbours. Tom's team got a lot of attention that day from the neighbours and I continued to get questions and request for his contact information a week after the work was done. We have had a few really nasty storms lately and there hasn't been a single problem. Thanks so much for the great job Tom.

Roofing
Tom and his Mega City Roofing's crew were absolutely everything that was promised. The price quoted was more than fair and every detail was clearly explained (we chose GAF Timerline HD). The crew arrived when Tom said they would (April 2014), they left the surrounding area clean after each day of work, they did not damage any plants or shrubs and they finished on time. Tom made sure each day that we were satisfied and checked again later to ensure we had received the guarantee letter from GAF for the shingles and all other components. The roof has never looked so good, but most of all, it has already withstood a few storms and broken branches and, unlike our previous 16 years old roof, everything has stayed intact and there was no leakage in the valley where two sections of the roof meet. We totally recommend Mega City Roofing.

New roof
Tom Geo and his crew installed GAF Timberline HD shingles with the Deck Armor blue sheeting that has a lifetime guarantee. I great piece of mind since I don't plan on having to replace our roof in another 14 years like the cheap builders shingles that were blowing off whenever the wind blew. Tom sold us on his excellent knowledge of the GAF brand and his demonstration of how the water literally beads off the Deck Armour sold us on paying extra for the best possible shingles and installation job. In case you think it isn't worth paying a bit more for a professional job all you have to do is look no further than our 15 year old sub-division. For the past 3 summers roofers have been a constant fixture on our streets. The builders cheap shingles, with no roof deck protection have been leaking and flying off at the slightness wind storm. My suggestion to you if pay the extra few thousands now and get the job done right the first time. If you plan on selling your home in the near future having a certified GAF installed roof will and value to your home and the workmanship is transferable to the new homeowners. Ask Tom about this for more details when you call him for an estimate. Finally a word on Tom's crew. Malcolm and his team did an amazing job. The job (a big roof see pictures) was all done in one day. The clean up was excellent I only found 1 nail after a walk around of the property. Not bad considering a few thousands of nails were removed and falling off the roof. I highly recommend you call Tom Geo for an estimate on your next roofing project. Once you meet him you'll be sold.

New Roof
Mega City Roofing did our roof in October 2013. The previous homeowners replaced the roof with "El-Cheapo" shingles in 2005 and, you guessed it, during some blowing fall rain storms, we had water infiltration issues. After hours of research, I narrowed my contractor selection to three roofing companies. Tom, from Mega City happened to be in the area quoting another job when I called for a quote. (He actually answers his phone - A rarity and a plus!) and he came by to see my issues. He went up on the roof to investigate (Another foreign concept to some roofers), identified the problem area and took pictures. He offered to fix the immediate problem, but I knew the whole roof was thinning as we've seen lots of shingle gravel run off and wanted to do the whole roof. Tom offered various options in terms of materials and price points. We went with the "Cadillac" option - Remove old shingles, new (and more) roof vents, full roof GAF Deck Armor, drip edge (none installed by previous roofer) and Timberline HD shingles. Tom, thankfully, was able to squeeze us in before the weather got too cold, saving us snow and spring thaw damage. We have had a lot of snow this year, plus ice storm and recently some record rain - We're dry and comfy! Tom and his team are a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them without reservation.

A roof system only performs well if it's installed correctly. As i have seen numerous roofs that are only a few years old required replacement due to shoddy workmanship. Tom and his crew did an outstanding job re-roofing our Markham house on April 10th 2014. They were professional, friendly, helpful, cleaned up the place and our new roof and gutters look great! They finished on time and on budget. Excellent experience! Elena and George / Markham/

New roof.
We needed a new roof, so I started the process of researching roofing companies. We had 4 quotes. Two of the quotes were from roofing companies on Homestars (MegaCity was one of the two companies). I was impressed by the reviews written about MegaCity Roofing. I called MegaCity roofing and Tom came out that same day for an estimate. He explained the products and the process. He was polite, friendly and very professional. My husband and I chose MegaCity to replace our roof! Tom and his crew came out and arrived on time. They set up their job properly (all safety guards in place!) and started the work. Our bungalow is under 1000 square feet. They finished the job in about six hours! And the finished product? Looks absolutely beautiful. I am actually excited about a roof! Tom made the process of replacing our roof painless! We would recommend Tom and MegaCity Roofing company to anyone who needs their roof done! Thank you again for a fantastic job Tom! We are extremely pleased we chose them!

Roof Shingles Replacement
Excellent work all around by Tom and his crew. Tom was very honest with his estimate and provided warranty options that accommodated my budget. He even got a brand of shingles that I wanted but he didn't usually work with, which demonstrated the quality of service he provides. I was a tough customer and asked a lot of questions but he was always very patient and provided detailed answers to my satisfaction. The installation crew arrived on time and were very courteous, and most importantly, they cleaned up debris before leaving. They even used a magnetic roller around the house to ensure all nails were picked up. I would definitely recommend Mega City Roofing to my friends and neighbours. I am delighted to have a beautiful new roof, thanks to Mega City Roofing!

New Roof
Great experience from start to finish. Tom was knowledgeable and professional. He explained all my options and provided what I felt was a very fair price. Roman and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job. The roof looks great and, most importantly, I know it was done right! Thanks guys. Roof Repair
Tom is the best! I made the stupid mistake of calling three other companies before Tom and thank goodness they never called me back. I called Tom on the Thurs, he came for a quote on Sat and repaired the 10 wholes in my roof on the Sunday. Quick, professional and caring. I will recommend Mega City Roofing to family, friends and clients. Thanks for the great work guys! I wish I called you sooner.
