    roofing maintenance and vent replacements

    I was fortunate to find Tom after using several different roofers. Tom is an excellent diagnostician and has a vast amount of roofing knowledge and experience. He is punctual, reliable and professional. Tom made sure to clean out my plugged flat roof vents on the day of the inspection so to avoid problems that could have resulted from the major rain storm coming the next day. He came back the following week and to replace a flat roof-mounted dryer vent that was not the proper kind and was damaged and two flat roof bathroom vents that were not venting properly due to a previous poor installation. I would definitely use Tom again and would recommend him to others.

    Roof Repair Done Right

    Very happy with the service provided. Response was extremely quick for an urgent leak (within 24h). Problem was found very quickly and fixed right away. Very knowledgable and felt confident about the work. Would definitely recommend Mega City Roofing for any roofing needs. Thanks again for the help!

    Mega City Roofing - Amazing service and very efficient

    Mega City Roofing roofers completed a roofing job for the back-side of my house a few years ago and performed a fantastic job. A few weeks ago we linked in with Tom to get the front done. Tom went above and beyond by making himself and his crew available the next day! Their efficiency and organization goes to show they are at the top of their roofing game. We would recommend Mega City to anyone who requires roof repairs.

    Roof Leak and New Roof

    I contacted Mega City Roofing regarding a roof leak on the main roof. Tom (the owner) came out personally to fix it. There were loose shingles due to the high winds the day before. He helped re-nail them and apply a sealant all around suspect areas and the leak stopped. Although we were holding off on replacing the shingles on our addition, with the roof leak and winter coming up fast we wanted to be proactive. We received a fair quote from Tom and we decided to have him and his crew handle it as well. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and also their clean up was spotless! The roof leak on the main roof did manage to re-occur but Tom suspected the roof vents and he quickly took care of it. It is now January and there has been no leak since November. I would recommend Mega City Roofing for all of your roofing needs!

    Two roofs and other maintenance A+++ service, prompt, clean and fast, affordable!

    Two years ago I was desperate in need of getting one of the two roofs on the house replaced right away. It was nearing the end of season, so I knew everyone would be busy. I had called around and either had no response or the person just didn't show up to do the assessment. Not only did Tom the owner get back to me same day, he came the next day to do an assessment. Tom was so kind to fit me in even thought he was super busy. Not only was his pricing fair, his team came and did and amazing job. Tom and his team were nothing but professional as well with the paper work for the roof in regards to the warranty. They were quick and clean. I also found it very nice that Tom did not try to sell me on anything instead helped me make the best options for what I needed for the house. A year went by and zero leaks. Last year we had Tom and his team come back and do the second roof. Same as before, quick prompt clean service. With a smile as well might I add. A few months after that, we had some water get in but our siding is coming off the outside of the house and it had rained sideways the night before. I called Tom and he was there next day to check it out. He even went above and beyond and cocked all the gaps as best he could to hold us over until we could get the siding replace. He gave us a really great price for that fix on top of it. Now we are two years in on the one roof and one year into the other and everything has been great. Zero leaks and everything is holding up as it should. This week I had to have Tom come again to check out some issues, as I had some squirrel problems from the tree next to the house. Once again he responded and came promptly and also a great rate. All I can say is I highly recommend Tom and his team and I will still have more work ahead with the garage and shed. I would think of no other to call. Thank you very much Mega City Roofing.

    Prompt and thorough service

    I had my roofing redone this summer by Mega City Roofing and would gladly refer them to friends and family (which I did). I tried to contact a few roofing companies for a quote but received no responses. Tom (owner) responded promptly same day and made his way to my house at the agreed upon time to do a visual inspection and provide a quote. His visual inspection actually involved getting on the roof and not a simple walkaround. He got our job booked within a very short time and the work was completed in one day as estimated. He was onsite with his crew and proactively sent me some progress photos since I couldn't be there. I've never heard of contractors taking the initiative to send homeowners progress photos. That's service. All in all, it was an excellent experience dealing with Tom.

    Great service and punctual

    Excellent workmanship, showed up on time with a 9 man crew , completed my job in one day with a courteous attitude and they were extremely neat and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    excellent service, tidy and fast

    Tom and crew arrived at 7:30 AM, and were out by 4:00 PM. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves so that you would never know they were here. Afterward Tom came in and showed me pictures he took of the roofing job - amazing. Highly recommended!

    AWESOME SERVICE!

    Thank you Mega City Roofing for the awesome service! Tom and his team were very professional from quote to finishing the roof. Tom always answered any questions I had and explained each step very clearly. He took pics when requested and really made me feel my home was in professional hands. The team protected the working areas from debris, cleaned up before leaving (better than when they arrived, lol...) and started and finished with the job as promised and on time. Creigh

    Roof Replacement

    We were in the market to do a roof replacement and found that the roofing business is like the wild west. We had quotes that ranged from $4000 to $17000. I honestly felt overwhelmed by the whole thing but when we asked Tom to come by for a quote he put our worries at ease. He was one of the few contractors who actually went on the roof to check things out rather than just using satellite technology. He saw that a couple of screws had popped out which was causing a small leak and fixed that for us before the job started. Mega City Roofing wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive and with solid reviews on Homestars and a referral by a friend of ours, we felt comfortable in going with Tom and his team. Communication was great with Tom, he answered texts and phone calls quickly. When it came time to do the work, I was shocked at how many people were on site (11) and how efficiently they were doing the work. The team were chatting and laughing and honestly seemed happy in their jobs. The team was super friendly and professional especially before and after school where we had our neighbors walking by to and from school. They were considerate of the neighbors. One thing I never thought of was bathroom access and I was dreading going into our guest bathroom at the end of the day but it was spotless. They respected our space and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. We were happy with the work that they did but obviously this is the easy part. Hopefully we won't have any issues with the roof over time and if we do I trust Tom to be around to help us out. We would highly recommend Mega City Roofing for any roofing jobs you may have,
