    Amazing quality & great service with a smile!

    I made my deal with Andrew, met Tom on install day with the rest of the crew. They were all super professional and brought the sunshine with them as they worked in my roof. I wasnt home for the install because of the noise, yet my neighbours were raving about the happy and kind crew that worked on my roof. Kudos to the team for fitting right into our little community of love. Right, review for roofing so my roof looks awesome! The products they used are of super quality (of course I researched it) and the GAF warranty means that I am covered no matter what. When I left home in the morning, I knew that my roof (and home) were in great hands with Andrew, Tom, and the entire team. I would recommend Mega City Roofing to any of my friends and loved onesalready have to my neighbours who heard about the team who worked on my roof and can see the beautiful roof everyday! Beyond the service is the most important reason for me knowing that my young daughter and I are safe in our home and that we shouldnt have any unexpected surprises coming up for many years to come. That security came because of the detailed care that Andrew and Tom too to ensure I understood the products and quality that went into the installation. Thank you team!

    Roofing

    Its my first time using Home Stars after I had a leak coming from my roof. I was almost immediately contacted by phone by Tom from Mega City Roofing. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and identified not just the source of the leak but other leaks that havent made its way into the house yet. Despite it being very cold outside, he and his crew were very diligent and efficient. Tom kept me apprised of the work as it was being carried out. Hes very knowledgeable and empathetic. The crew was very polite and friendly. They were amazing and I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Tom and Team, its a great burden off of me.

    Roof Leak Repair

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Mega City Roofing Inc to fix a leaky roof at my home. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Tom arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and worked quickly to identify and fix the issue. The repairs were done to my complete satisfaction, and I have not had any further leaks since the work was completed. I highly recommend Mega City Roofing Inc for any roofing needs. Tom is reliable, efficient, and truly cares about his customers.

    Roof Repair

    Tom did an excellent job on my roof repair. The job was small, but he approached it with care and efficiency. He arrived on time, ready to work, and got straight to business. Despite the small size of the repair, Tom treated it with the same level of importance as a larger project. He worked diligently and paid close attention to detail, ensuring that the repair was done to the highest standard. I was very impressed with Tom's work and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future. Overall, it was a great experience and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

    Great roof replacement

    Had to replace my old roofing, from start of process which included interacting with insurance company was great. Helped from picking out proper type style and colour of shingles to promptly getting done. Great protection of surrounding property structures, efficiently done in one day. Cleanup for what was a messy job (very old crumbly shingles) was great. Overall experience was very good

    De-icing

    Before calling Mega City I had called a few other roofing companies and got no response. When I reached out to Mega City Roofing I immediately spoke to Franca. I told her my situation and she assured me everything was going to be ok. The next day Tom came out to my property and took care of my deicing problem and the leak that was coming inside my house. I highly recommend them for the quick service, honesty and Franca was a pleasure to deal with.

    Roof & Skylight Replacement

    I wanted to share my positive experience working with Tom and his team replacing our roof and skylight after 17 years in our home. The Team - responded to my enquiry right away (long before many other roofers were able to respond); - came to our house within a few days; - climbed onto our roof to give me an idea of the state of our shingles (some were wearing away), state of our skylight (the shingles and wood were deteriorating and the skylight was rusting) and he took some pictures to show me; - gave me an overview of the GAF system and went through the entire process with me from removal to installation so I knew what to expect; - provided me with marketing material on the GAF system, along with shingle samples for further information; and - provided me with a complete estimate of the job. After careful consideration and based on these points, we chose Mega City Roofing to replace our roof and were very pleased with our choice and experience. Tom and his team were able to remove and replace the shingles on our roof, along with installing a new skylight, within a day. Tom and his team were professional, very flexible to work and quite efficient. Thanks again Tom! I also wanted to thank Franca in Tom's office. Franca provided great service and made the experience working with Mega City Roofing such a pleasure !

    Roofing

    We had our roof replaced 2016 and five years later we had a minor leak coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. Tom came by within four hours of our call and caulked the leak - no charge. We would highly recommend this company. A wonderful experience!

    Knowledgeable and friendly contractor

    Tom at Mega City Roofing was very knowledgeable about the GAF roofing system and answered all our questions. He happily accommodated us when we couldn’t decide on which shingle would best go with our brick, to the point of dropping by on 2 separate occasions with additional roof samples. When it came time for installation, Tom’s crew were very courteous and respectful. They arrived on time and completed the project on time. We are very happy with the work performed and now have a beautiful new roof!

    Missing Shingles and Roof Replacement

    Tom at Mega City Roofing and his team are amazing! We bought a brand-new house from Medallion in Ajax, and the builder gave us a crappy roof. The roof was only 3-4 years old and it started to lose shingles in the windstorm. We called Tom at Mega Roofing because of his impeccable review and we were very pleased with his response time and service. After calling Tom for patching missing shingles a couple times in the last few years, and spending thousands of dollars on fixing the crappy builder roof, we decided to replace the roof with a GAF roof that comes with a great warranty for piece of mind.
