    Re-Roofing Shingles

    Tom came to my house promptly when I called in 2008 to do my flat roof and now again to do my Shingles. Very pleasant to speak with and very punctual. We agreed on a time in August to have my shingles replaced but then Toronto flooded and my roof leaked. He made sure we had a tarp put up the next day and fit me in the very next week to do the roof. His crew left the premises very clean. I would highly recommend this company

    NEW ROOF + FLAT ROOF

    I researched companies that specialize in flat roofs and found MegaCity Roofing. We have repaired our flat roof 2x already and both times, it still leaked. We had no luck getting the companies back to FIX it!!! Tom from MegaCity Roofing came highly recommended from Homestars and I am so thankful I found someone that provides excellent customer service, is dedicated, and honest. He came with his large crew and worked from 7a.m. until 10:30 p.m. The crew went above and beyond for example, they found bees nests, holes, rotten wood and did not hesitate to fix everything and not do a “patch up” job. Tom was their the entire time and Roman, the supervisor oversees the awesome crew. I also like that he does not use sub-contractors and was involved in the process from beginning to end. We have had 2 days of downpour rain, and happy to report the flat roof not only looks great, it’s fixed, and the house is DRY! Gus and Dina

    NEW ROOF

    MEGACITY ROOFING IS AMAZING! We hired Tom and his crew to do our roof along with my parents steep roof / flat roof and are very happy. I received 6 quotes and I was the most impressed with Tom due to his high level of customer service. Here are my Top Ten Reasons to hire this company... 1) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tom was always available by phone/text. 2) QUALITY ROOFING MATERIAL 3) COMPETITIVE PRICING 4) PROFESSIONAL CREW. Extremely hard working and respectful bunch 5) INSTALLATION EXPERTISE. My roof looks amazing and I keep getting compliments from the neighbours. In fact, I think 2 neighbours requested a quote. 6) IMMACULATE CLEAN UP- I have a lot of landscaping and trees. Perimeter covered, and clean up immaculate 7) POST INSTALLATION SERVICE- Tom ensured I was happy the day of and followed up with a call a few days later 8) ADDED LITTLE EXTRAS- He went above and beyond what we contracted for. 9) PUNCTUAL/HARD WORKING- Crew of 8 arrived on time and worked from 7:30a.m. until 8:30p.m. to finish 10) ORGANIZED.     roof installation

    MegaCity Roofing did our roof in May. Tom Deo came in April to give an estimate and describe the process and product. He climbed onto the roof to do an inspection before our discussion. Tom recommended a specific shingle, described the underlayment, and recommended more vents in the roof to improve air flow (and thus maintain the roof). He left product material for review as well as a shingle color board. (His color recommendation was the one we went with, which complements the brick very well.) His estimate was competitive. The day work began the crew protected the shrubbery and other parts of our property and worked efficiently and cleanly. The vents used were metal and contained steel mesh to prevent animal incursion into the attic. I cannot recommend MegaCity highly enough. Tom is an excellent communicator - clear and knowledgeable - and highly professional. He provides excellent customer service post-installation as well - an exterior light was damaged, and Tom was very forthcoming about inspecting the damage (which he was able to repair). The roof has protected our house through several rainstorms since installation. Thank you, Tom. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

    Roof replacement

    I am out of the country and was renting my home in Oshawa. I contacted Mega and told them I was looking for help but was not in the country. Mega were honest, reliable, super friendly and trustworthy. They did a fantastic job on my roof and took pictures for me to show me the finished product.     Full Roof Replacement and Chimney Removal

    We had our roof replaced by Megacity Roofing in the beginning of May, 2013. Tom, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, even though we called him a million times about shingles and other related questions. His crew was punctual and effective too. They had the entire job finished in a day! The work looks great. No complaints. Hire these guys.

    new roof

    We were very pleased with the complex job Tom's crew completed on our roof recently. The crew was very professional & pleasant. They cleaned as they went along plus thoroughly when they finished. They also ensured our plants were protected. Tom kept us informed of concerns during the project. A few days after there was a major rain storm, Tom called the following am. to ensure all was well. The price was within our budget. For sure we would recommend Mega City to our friends. Keith & Beth Bolton

    Post installation service

    MegaCity roofing did our roof two years ago. This morning I noticed there's a partial piece of shingle on my front yard. Fearing some of the shingles on my roof were damaged in the past winter, I called MegaCity at around 8:15am. Tom showed up at our house at 9am (!) and did roof inspection free of charge!!! Turned out my roof is fine: the shingle was from my old roof. I always view post-installation service at least as important as the installation itself. In both cases, MegaCity shines.

    New Roof and Skylight

    Based on the reviews from HomeStars we contacted Mega City Roofing among a couple of other companies. Tom responded quickly and came out to inspect our roof. This in September 2012. I am a little late in posting the review. The job was reasonably priced and he provided some background as to why our (prior) roof was leaking. He also recommended a replacement to our skylight. The roof was replaced around a month later and looks great. We were hit by a big windstorm around a week later and some of the shingles came loose - Tom was extremely responsive and ensured that it was repaired that day. My neighbours are looking to replace their roof, and I recommended Mega City Roofing.

    Full roof repair

    Tom and Rome came to my rescue in fixing my leaky roof. Professional and curtious, these guys along with there hard working team completely redid my roof with new materials and a 10 year warranty. I honestly feel better knowing they did a great job. I recommend!
