Complete Roof Replacement
I can't say enough about the top notch service we received from Mega City Roofing. Tom is one of the best in the business. He takes the time to help you understand what you need and why you need it. He doesn't pressure you at all - he provides information and let's you decide. He has a great team of experienced guys that worked quickly and efficiently.

Roofing
first met Tom last winter when he came out to address some roofing concerns for both my flat and pitched roofs. Tom cleaned out the flat roof scuppers, repaired the flashing around the skylights, repaired the area around the chimneys and replaced the existing dryer vent that was the wrong type for roofs. Tom repaired my flat and pitched roofs, the rooftop dryer vent and fishing last winter. He came again today to inspect the roof and clean out the scuppers. He reattached some loose shingles. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He is also polite, punctual and responds to calls in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Tom and Megacity Roofing for all of your roofing concerns. You'll be glad you used them.

Roof Replacement
Great company with excellent service. I interacted directly with Tom to have my roof replaced earlier this year. The price was great considering the extensive warranty offered; communication was smooth and quick, everything was done on time and with proper clean-up. Their aftersales services is also excellent - a few months after my roof was replaced, a roofing company working on a neighbor's property told me they potentially noticed some shingles had blown off my roof and they offered to fix it. I got on the phone with Tom straight away who was here in less than 24 hours to inspect my roof and assured me (with pictorial evidence) that everything was okay. I have no hesitation at all recommending this company to others.

Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend!
We recieved a few quotes from different companies and they all looked like great options but there's so much information we had to gather and digest quickly and Tom was the most responsive. He even drove over to our house within an hour with some samples as we were texting back and forth trying to figure out what colours we were looking to go with. Even after winning the job his team really stepped up delivered. They arrived right when they said they would, set up right away and operated like a well oiled machine. Everyone know what their role was and went to work. They finished an entire 3000 sq foot house in 1-day and the quality of the work looks top notch. They found a hole in my garage and repaired it for me even though that wasn't part of the scope. Needless to say I was very appreciative of that. On top of all that, they were very communicative and kept me informed of what they were doing and what I should expect every step of the way. There's no buyers remorse here.

Excellent service with honesty!
Mega City Roofing installed my roof in 2006. Whenever I had any concerns, Tom would promptly respond and make a service call to check and ensure that my roof was in good condition. He never charged me and was always honest, and honesty goes a long way with me. I will definitely be calling Tom when I need my next roof done! I highly recommend Mega City Roofing!

Professional company, professional job
From Tom's responsiveness on details to a crew that operated with thoroughness and efficiency, Megacity provided quality work and a professional experience. Quick anecdote: On final inspection when I was on the roof with Tom, he noticed that the crew missed installing 1 vent (it was covered over already with underlay & shingles). I certainly wouldn't have noticed. Someone who cared less about the work could easily not have said anything and been on his way. But Tom called down to the crew and had it fixed up in a few minutes. This speaks volumes about a company that cares about the work and wants it done the right way.

Roof Replacement
Tom and the staff of Mega City Roofing were amazing. Tom provided us with pictures of the state of our roof and we agreed it needed to be replaced. They fit us in quickly. The crew arrived ready to work, took measures to ensure our property was safe, and completed the job in 5 hours. They cleaned up as if they hadn't been there, leaving us with a new roof to prove they had been. We would highly recommend Mega City Roofing.

Roof Replacement
I was very happy with my dealings with Mega City Roofing. When Tom came out to look at my roof for my estimate, he is the only company that actually took notice of plywood peeking through my old shingles. He suggested that I look in my attic for signs of the roof leaking and also checked for me when the roof was being replaced. (good news - no leaking) Tom was able to book my roof replacement really quickly due to the exposed wood. His crew was friendly and they were very clean. They laid tarps out around my house and covered my air-conditioner, rain barrel and windows to make sure no pieces fell in or against them. Tom has great communication and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks so much Tom and Thank your crew for me. Sincerely Leah J.

Over the top professionalism and workmanship!68
Customer service is alive and well with Mega City Roofing. Tom, the owner was patient while we decided on the colour choice and informative of what to expect. We knew we had someone who knew the business but didn't know how amazing the crew was. They were "peddle to the metal" hard workers who did an great job. Not to mention personable and polite. These guys were outstanding. Best customer service and by far best roof we have ever had.
