    Excellent service. Beyond expectations. Attention to detail and delivered on time and at expected cost. Tom and his crew are no small outfit. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

    Remove old roofing shingles and install new shingles, vents and underlayment.

    My wife and I are very satisfied with the work from Mega City Roofing. I researched many homestars rated companies and chose Mega City. Tom answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The products (i.e., roofing shingles, ridge caps, steel vents, deck armour underlayment, and ice shield) and service provided by Tom and his team were top notch. I highly recommend Mega City Roofing without any hesitation. Thank you Tom and team.

    Roofing

    I was very impressed with the quality service and work by Mega City Roofing. Tom is very personable, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. He came out the very same day to get up on the roof to inspect, provided his expert opinion and gave me a quote on the spot. He drove over again to show me the selection of shingles and the work started within the week. Thank you to the whole crew at Mega City Roofing.

    Roofing

    This company did an excellant job replacing my shingles. They we very courteous and took extra care to protect my "racoon fence" and my AC unit.. They did a good cleanup.

    Responsive and efficient

    I called Mega City Roofing when we noticed a leak in our ceiling after some heavy rain. Within 24hrs Tom was there and temporarily patched the problem area. Less than a week later, he and his team put in a new roof. I am very happy with the timely response, transparency with the pricing and quality of the work. I highly recommend! Thanks, Tom!

    Roof repair

    Didn't win the lottery, but I feel lucky today that I chose to call Mega City, and spoke to my new 'best friend' Tom! He was able to come to my house and evaluate and fix my issue in the same visit! YES, the ratings are true people...he deserves every star on this site. He was very polite and explained our issues throughly with pics he had taken. My husband and I appreciated that. You always hear about the scary "not so good service", but this was GREAT SERVICE!!! and I would call my new ' best friend again for any future roofing issues, and I suggest you do also...Thanks Tom!

    Roof Replacement

    Mega City provided everything they contracted for and more. Tom answered all of my questions and gave great advice. My roof was leaking into the kitchen so Tom expedited the job as much more rain was expected. The job was done as he promised and very quickly. They left the site clean. Their price was in line with most quotes and very fare. The crew was polite and helpful and able to answer any questions I had and they seemed to enjoy working for the company and took pride in their work. Tom found that one of my bathroom vents was not connected and even went the extra mile to re-connect it. Excellent job. I highly recommend Mega City Roofing. Thanks !

    Customer service goes a long way !!

    Tom provided everything he promised and job was completed in a very timely manner. Site was cleaned up very well. I have not found one nail in my yard which I find hard to believe. His price was in line with most quotes if not a little less with extras. Their crew was polite and helpful to answer any questions I had. Tom even went the extra mile to re-secure my eaves down spouts as the high winds had torn them away from the house. Great job boy I have and will continue to recommend Mega City Roofing. Thanks !

    Fixing up and replacing worn shingles

    Missing a lot of shingles on my roof and Tom did a great job fixing them in a rainy day . He is honest , fair , great and easy to work with. Thank you again Tom .You made my day better today

    Excellent service, long term commitment

    Mega City Roofing replaced my roof in 2014. A couple of weeks ago (almost 5 years later) I noticed a leak along the chimney under the soffits. I e-mailed Tom over the weekend who responded right away and showed up on Tuesday as promised to check it out. It turned out the caulking was worn out in some corner in the flashing. He replaced all the caulking and even inspected the 2nd chimney, no charge. That's what I call great customer service!
