We just received the AP Crib and dresser set that we bought through GH Johnson's, and it looks perfect. The delivery guys were great, they put together and placed everything for us and we couldn't be more pleased. It did take awhile to come in, but we were advised 6-8 weeks and it was 7 weeks so I guess that's normal. Anyways, I love the set and will be going back when it is outgrown, because I saw some really cute children's items there that I will need in the future!

GH Johnson exceeded all of our expectations. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and honest about how long we would have to wait for our bedroom set. We didn't mind because the look and price could not be beat and great things are worth the wait. We also ordered a wall unit and a leather sofa and love seat which was available immediately and delivered in three days. We received our bedroom set as promised within the quoted time frame and are enjoying our beautiful furniture. I recommend GHJ to anyone who wants a great value on quality, stylish furniture. Loved the service from A to Z!!!!! GH Johnson's is a sure thing. You cannot go wrong there!!

Friends mentioned GH Johnson's as being " the best furniture store, a must see". Our home is being decorated as we go along, so we often shop for furniture in and around Ontario. My husband checked the stores web site. I have to admit we were hesitant about going in. On further consideration we were surprised to learn that other stores we had looked at had similar statements and complaints, and showed at the most two dozen reviews. We were even more surprised that GH Johnson's score was excellent, in light of the fact it was based on over 150 reviews. There was no comparison. We purchased a Fairmont headboard exceptional in style and price, and six gorgeous Parson chairs. The discounts were incredible. The furniture arrived in two weeks. Delivery was right on time. Thanks to Pat, Mark and the rest of the staff, for their easygoing approach and first class service.

We purchased a defective coffee table from GH Johnson. When the solid wood top cracked and we phoned the store, they acknowledged that they had been having problems with this product and allowed us to return it. That's where they earn two points. They would not, however, refund our money and we had to use the credit towards something else in the store. When we went to actually use the credit, we found the customer service to be horrendous and the salesman who was "helping" us to be incredibly rude. We will never shop here again.

You won't find sales people underfoot while shopping at this store. I understand why, the furniture is impressive and the prices are by far the best. I went through the place with a few nods here and there. I had some questions and spoke to a salesperson. I picked up some furniture for the den and entrance.I just didn't expect to get such a great deal on something I really liked. My furniture didn't arrive as scheduled. Someone called me by the name of Mark to let me know it was being held up at the manufacturers. I wanted to know what was going on and went back in to see for myself. I spoke to a couple of people and met a guy by the name of Pat. I thought he was the manager, turns out this guy is the owner and it's a family owned business. He was right on top of things makes a phone call and straightens everything out. The furniture was delivered the following week. Sometimes things go wrong. I really don't care why they do. What I do care about is that this place stands behind their name. I'll tell people about Johnson's anytime.

I was interested in buying a bedroom set. When I walked into the showroom at GH Johnson's, it was apparent to me I would be making a purchase. Several sets caught my eye. I was taking great care in making up my mind. There is so much to choose from, and prices and quality are excellent. The place is spacious organized and the furniture is attractively displayed. It all looks so beautiful you don't want to miss a thing. I decided on a gorgeous Huppe Paris set and got an incredible deal on a mattress set as well. Delivery took a couple of weeks. Thank you so much Pat for your expert opinion and undivided attention.

Any time myself, my friends or my family are doing a home renovation we spend our day in their VERY large showroom looking for amazing deals and superior quality. The sales staff are ready to help you find that ideal family sofa, or the perfect bed for your child or even a mirror you know will make your bathroom feel like home! They’ll even patiently sit with you and go through hundreds of fabric samples to get that perfect shade. With the assistance and patience of the sales staff my experiences at Johnsons Furniture have never been anything but pleasurable. The owner is very hands on with the all the customers and has a great service team to help you with repairs, including installation or just setting up your furniture upon delivery. To all the exceptional staff members of GH Johnsons thank you for making my home feel like home!!

Going back to Johnson's was like being welcomed back to Toronto. I was away on business for three years and before my return I leased a place from overseas. Being able to trust and depend on Pat and the staff was a relief. The store is having awesome renovations done, and business is still in full swing. Mark got things going for me and sent over sheets, towels, and a mattress set. The bedroom furniture was delivered a week later from the manufacturers. Included in the delivery were also the living room and kitchen furniture, which I didn't expect for another week. The various pieces are of a contemporary style at the best savings in the city. I appreciated the great service. I thank Mark, Pat and the rest of the staff, as well as the exceptional delivery guys. GH Johnson has always come through for me. It's good to be home.

I moved into my girlfriends condo downtown and we decided to refurnish the place. On meeting Mirella a salesperson at GH Johnson we new we were in the right place. She was with us through each step of the way. We started with the bedroom and chose a Mobican Stella design for the living room a Sullivan sectional and for the dining room the Cosmoplotian. Our place looks terrific. This store gave us an amazing package deal matched our budget and in the end saved us money. Have to ask myself why go anywhere else? Delivery was in 48 hours. Unbeliveable. Thanks go out to Pat, Mirella and everyone else at the store for the professional help.

I have made a number of purchases at G.H. Johnson (two couches, two chairs, and a bench) and have found both the prices and the service to be excellent. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful without being in-your-face pushy or commission driven. Most recently I worked with David and he had a great eye for helping me chose fabrics and ensuring everything matched with my paint chips, carpet, etc. After lots of comparison shopping, I know now to go there first for furniture purchases.
