The technicians Rob and Adrian were very knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job. Rob assessed the pipe locations and determined the best way to do the job and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He also advised on other work he would recommend for my strata, as he noticed a broken hose bib/valve, and pipes to the sump pump that had connections with rubber and clamps that are not suitable for the pressure of water going thru them. I would use Milani again and I highly recommend them.

Adam the tech was great and pleasant to work with. He looked at the issue at hand got his tools and got right to work.

Our 13 year old furnace stopped working. Sia from Milani did a great job to find the problem and fix the issue. He was professional and honest. We recommend his services and will call Milani again should we have any plumbing or furnace issue.

We were very happy how quickly the company responded and how well the job was done. Expensive but worth it...one needs heat on cold days. Just a reminder to workers. When the clients are wearing a mask when they answer your door, that is your cue to put on a mask. Thank you. COVID is still with us and we have a relative who died from it.

We had a plugged main drain in our old building and the water was backing up and flooding the basement. I called Milani this morning and someone was sent a couple hours later. Weston had all the right tools and experience as well as being friendly and fixed our problems fairly quick. He also gave us some tips and advice to help prevent and prepare for further possible issues in the future. Thank you.
