I was impressed with Mirza's knowledge on the subject of drainage and this made me confident of the quality of his work. In addition I asked him to clear the sump near the garage which he willing did and this eased my worry about flooding. If this is the type of service that your company provides I would gladly recommend your company to my friends.

We had no hot water & Mike from Malani took care of it on a Sunday. He removed old and put in new tank which works beautifully. Workmanship was nothing short of excellence & highly proficient. Thank you Mike at Malani plumbing, you are number one go to.

We had a catastrophe when a major drain became clogged causing water to back up and overflow all over the floor and into the carpeting in the adjoining room. Mirza came as scheduled and went right to work. It was a complicated job due to the drain tubes from the washing machine and the condensate emptying into the same drain tube . It was further complicated by a difficult trap behind the wall which extended into an adjoining space that was inaccessible. Mirza took it all in stride and asked permission to cut a hole which would give him access to the drain trap. He cut a comparatively small hole in order to access the problem. He removed the clog, tested the drain out and left. He was most efficient and professional. We definitely will contact Milani the next time we require service and will request that Mirza be assigned to the call.

It was very easy to book an appointment with Milani, I left a message at their website and someone texted me back within hours. It is extra convenience as that gives me time to schedule things with my husband. I had to change my appointment to an earlier date and they accompanied that with no issue. The gentleman helped me over text message was Teague, he was very friendly, very professional and responsive. On the date of the appointment, the technician was late (we scheduled 10am - 1pm appointment but the technician showed up around 4pm), I am guessing it is because of heavy rainfall in the city and a lot of people are having plumbing issue. I was not home during the install but my husband said the technician, Rick, was very professional, friendly, efficient and communicated well. Husband mentioned to him that he has to leave at 5pm and the technician did his best to accommodate that. He said old faucets sometimes take a long time to be removed but thankfully our faucet was not stuck to the base and he managed to finish his task within 30 minutes. Overall our experience with Milani was fantastic, we will definitely use this service again based on how easy it was to book appointments and how good the technician was.

My furnace needed regular service. It had been 2 years since the last visit. Kevin the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed me the spent switch which needed replacement and the sorry state of the filter. Actually the furnace didnt have a proper filter at all. He showed me how to install the filter and how often. In addition he asked about carbon monoxide filters and even checked my gas meter. I appreciate him educating me and providing great service.

My apartment floor was flooded and I didnt know where it was coming from. Rob H showed up and within 2 hours he had the problem fixed and showed me how to make sure it didnt happen again. Excellent service and very quick, highly recommend his services!

After having had a total disaster with another plumbing company a few years ago, I was a bit cautious about this job. Fortunately it was the complete opposite. Mark knew exactly what he was doing and had the right tools to complete the job well within the allotted time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and left the site in perfect condition. I am very pleased with this result.

Milani scheduled the annual maintenance of the heat pump system very quickly and the service was completed professionally. They identified and fixed a number of small issues. The technician also made some recommendations. Thank you for the excellent service.

My daughter ran broccoli stalks thru the garbage disposal which completely plugged up the drain pipe. I called Milani the next morning & they were able to have someone out that afternoon to look at it. The fellow they sent, Mirza, was a very friendly & personable fellow. I explained the problem & he got to work. It took him a while to get it unplugged but he managed to do it. He kept me apprised of how things were going which I appreciated. I have used Milani in the past and definitely will if I need a plumber etc in the future. Thanks to Mirza for all his hard work!

we book MIlani for a yearly boiler maintenance and have requested Ali every year due to his familiarity with the boiler brand. Visit was on time and service done in timely manner. Tips on daily up keep and advice about buying some water sensors to put near the tank to provide extra warning if something leaks. Great job.
