Drew determined there was a problem. He ordered the parts right away, drove to pick them up, and returned to work till 7pm to ensure the boiler was working and heat provided. This was outstanding service! Well done Drew! This should be the guy you specifically ask for!!

I recently purchased a top of the line system from MILANI and am extremely disappointed with the work done and the customer service provided. Service was provided two months ago and I am again without hot water, it has been 3 days and there still is not a definitive date of repair as the company looks for a certain part. I called Saturday and someone named Dave tried to charge me $450 for someone to come repair the system, the brand new system I just had installed!!! He also mentioned that cold water wasnt a big deal! I should also note that this system came with a lifetime warranty! IBC SL G3 160 BTU High Efficiency Boiler & Indirect Tank 65 gallon
