Tech.: Drew was very friendly and worked efficiently and unfortunately not able to fix problem, but we diligent in trying. To do that, but took necessary steps to research the possible problem and will gat back to us ASAP. Very satisfied with his work ethic.

In June this year (2024) we contacted Milani Plumbing to service our 90 year old mothers whole house air conditioning unitalthough the unit WAS WORKING we thought we would be PROACTIVE to prevent a breakdown later in the summer. On the first service call we were told that a part on the exterior portion of the unit needed to be replacedthe service tech ADVISED us to buy a used part thru e-bay because it would be quicker than getting the part thru them. When we received the replacement part we phoned Milani to come back and do the installation. On the second service call the tech replaced the part and turned the unit on which immediately caused the thermostat in the house to spark and diethe tech then replaced the thermostat but couldnt get the unit to work at all anymoreI had to step out for approximately half an hour and when I returnedthe tech was gone but nothing was put away or closed the ladder he used was still upright in the garagenothing gave us any indication that he wasnt come back to complete the job. After a number of days we figured out that he was not coming back to fix anything and now there was no air conditioning in my mothers house!! We were so disgusted with the service and work ethics of the Milani service technician we decided to call a local plumbing company to have them look at the air conditioning unit.they pointed out that the wiring to the replacement part had been done completely wrong (even though a wiring diagram was attached to the unit door)they also found that wires had been cut on the secondary portion of the unit making the it completely inoperable and we now have to replace the entire system. Due to the high demand in air conditioning systems we just recently received confirmation that the system cannot be repaired and therefore needs to be replaced at a cost of over $6,500. I called Milani to discuss what they were prepared to do to rectify the problem their technician caused but their customer service representative, Sonya refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their technicians part even though I kept saying that the air conditioner was working before he came and it wasnt working after he left. lol

Far in excess of what a simple seal replacement should cost. Paid for 1 1/14 hours of wasted time for the plumber to search out a seal, when we specified to the dispatcher exactly what the problem was. Furthermore, the plumber caused unnecessary damage that Milani offered to "give us a quote" on to fix. There is now further NEW damage caused by a leak at the floor/toilet throat joint. So, toilet is now not functional without further inspection.

Milani did our strata building's replacement of the boiler. Did an awesome job especially with Patrick's attention to detail when it comes to the scheduled maintenance. Highly recommend!

Drew was friendly, responsible and efficient. He explained all his steps, answered my questions, and cleaned up before he left.

Drew from Milani was here today to fix a toilet and our shower bar, we were very happy with him and Milani, he was pleasant and we always use Milani.

The technician Sia was very helpful and professional. He changed the zone valves to fix my heating problems. Thank you very much for his services.
