Devon R. cleared a somewhat challenging shower drain blockage for us. He was both friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. We will not hesitate to call him again.

We discovered a broken sewar line during the Christmas Holidays 2018 and after we found out it wasn't part of the city's sewar lines and it wasn't covered by our insurance, we called Milani. They came in the dark to take a look and then came back the next day and started work. The repair was extensive and I want to give a big thanks to the Milani guys who worked on it and those that completed the work yesterday and today- Mirza, Arman, Brennan ! It was hard work and we are impressed with the quality work you did and appreciated how clean you left everything and your added touch in using more gravel to fill the massive hole so that my husband would have an easier time pouring the concrete to cover the hole. Thank you Milani and staff~!

Nigel was very professional and a nice person to deal with. Milani sent him out within 4 hours of my phone call. While not an emergency it was nice for the family to final have a shower and some hot water. Thanks Gord

I had water leakage into the basement for which blocked perimeter drainage could have been the problem although there are potentially many other causes. For some reason, the Milani dispatcher I spoke with ordered an initial drain flush prior to anyone doing a camera check to see if there was blockage in the drains. Fortunately, before coming to my house, the technician, Rob H. cancelled the dispatcher’s flush order and saved me an unnecessary bill since Rob’s camera check showed that there was no drain blockage. As it turned out, the problem was with the sump valve. Rob H. was courteous and knowledgeable. He went about thoughtfully diagnosing the source of the leakage and fully advised me of his findings. I was satisfied that he was keeping in mind my best interests rather than simply offering up expensive, possibly unnecessary solutions. He also provided me with useful overall recommendations regarding drainage and water issues.

Took 24 hours to arrive on site which was great. Morris the Technician was very thorough and diligent. He was able to explain a couple of potential trouble shooting problems. We aligned then he executed. Morris was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend his work to any family or friends. JT

We had water coming into our basement. Rob H and Kenny from Milani Plumbing spent a rainy day diagnosing the source. Peace of mind that our drainage tiles are in good shape. Thanks to Milani Plumbing we have dealt with the pesky downspout water source. Thanks guys!

Renovating our bathroom myself, ran into a roadblock with our bathtub drain that brought our project to a halt. Phoned up Milani and they sent over Mike (Truck 91) and it was great - right away, he knew what we needed and got it ordered in for us. Came back the next day, installed it, and now our renos can keep going! Mike was super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and understanding and I’d definitely have him come back for my next call!

Dave from customer service was patient and efficient in helping our family schedule an appointment with a toilet change right after the Christmas holidays. Very transparent in fee disclosure. Mike P. (Plumber), Truck 91, arrived onsite in a timely manner after being notified by Milani Plumbing. Mike was in and out in an hour, had blue booties on to cover his tracks, and disposed our old toilet for a nominal fee. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable.
