Sewage blockage in our home, on a late Sunday night. Called Milani emergency line and someone was there within an hour and had fixed the problem within an hour. Excellent professional service by Mirza O. No mess left behind - he handled everything. Would highly recommend.

We had a serious drainage problem in our basement that was completely resolved by Milani. Our technician, Rob H. was excellent on all fronts: knowledgeable, professional, friendly and above all, effective. Thanks to his skill, perseverance and plain hard work, we avoided having to undertake a major plumbing project that would have costs tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Milani.

Our water main had been down for a week, the rain was pouring buckets, but Mirza, John and Amarjit had the trenches dug, a new line run , tested and order restored to my front yard in no time. Derek did the inside work and lo,,,the water flowed. Thank you guys.

Superb skilled service from start to finish by Mike P. He installed my parents hot water tank and now ours. Very patient and willing to answer my many questions. Noticed a joiner piece for exhaust pipe for our furnace was not to code (this work was not done by Milani...) and a concern and he quickly fixed it even though he was installing hot water tank. With over 25 yrs experience Mike P. is efficient and very competent. Also person who scheduled appt. ensured we got appt. early next morning as had to care for a family member later in the afternoon. From ph call to completion about 15 hrs.. well done Milani!

We were having toilet blockage problems. Milani diagnosed the problem and instaled a new toilet. Milani call staff and Mirza, who did the work, were helpful and provided a clear description of what they were doing and why. They arrived when they said they would.

Late evening flood - discovered it was a backed up sewer in the basement- Mirza from Milani arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional - explained the situation and what he found , how he would investigate and resolve the issue - after it was completed, he explained in detail what he had done once again and the results and that if there were any further issues - to contact the office immediately.

Our down stair toilet sewage water going slow down. There are something further down in the pipeline slows down the water. We called Milani and they sent Ryan M. the next morning. Ryan did a good job. He is able to watch all the details and carefully clear up the pipe. He also made a couple of good suggestions to us. We will recommend him to others.

Our clogged drain could not be fixed, called Milani, and they send Mirza to clear it out. Mirza was awesome, fixed the issue and cleaned up after. A pleasure to have such great service.

My kitchen sink was blocked. Matt Morrow is very nice and professional. Good quality service. I will strong recommend their service. The price is a little bit on high side. But It worth the service.

Our kitchen sink would not drain at all. Milani Plumbing rep RYAN arrived within an hour of our call. 1.5 hours later, our drain issue was fully resolved. Very satisfied. Highly recommend & commend their Ryan on his work.
