Milani completed the installation of a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump in our condo unit. The team of Matthew and Alex did an outstanding job and were very careful and thorough in their work. As well, the guys were very personable which helped make the installation a positive experience. They were fine representatives of the Milani company. So far the system is working great!

Called for a service on our furnace. They came and said they fixed it. Broke down a couple hours later. Then they came back a long time later (in December still had no heat in our house) and then said they needed a part so told us they ordered it. 3 weeks later still hadn't heard back and we figured out the part still hadn't been ordered. Then once they had the part they're service guy kept calling in 'sick' each Time he was scheduled to come over to make the fix. We eventually had to get another company to come fix our furnace which took under a week. Very poor service and never got our money back.

DW was professional, friendly and efficient. I was lucky he was in my area and provided service within an hour of my call for help. I also had my pipes replaced. He was also helpful in providing advice, at my request, on other plumbing changes I want in future. Thanks so much Milani for the excellent, friendly service.

Scheduled the appointment, provided with a date and time with three hour window for arrival. Called the day of and told that the plumber could not make it. Rescheduled for the next day. Told the call centre the part needed and requested the plumber bring it along from their warehouse. Plumber arrived as scheduled, promptly told me I needed to pay for parking and then complained about not being paid for techs last hour by Milani because he had to look around the part I requested. I paid for the parking. After an hour he finished the job. The faucet is not vertical, as in it doesnt point downward when in the off position. Instead it is on a 20 degree angle in the on position when off. He blamed the installer (what!?!) and said there was nothing he could do. He ask are you okay with that? When I said do I have a choice, he said not really. The next day the call centre called me about the appointment. I wish I hadnt answered as I was more frustrated afterward. Originally he offered to send another plumber to fix the cosmetic issue. He never made any comment about me, as the customer, paying for parking, or the immediate unprofessional/blaming approach of the plumber. Within minutes he called back and said that because they would be sending a different plumber, if that person determined there was no issue, then I would have to pay. So if the guys co-worker sides with him, then Im at fault. NEVER AGAIN. Super disappointing to pay so much money for such horrible service. My advice - go elsewhere.

Our kitchen sink was not draining at all. Fernando came and auger Our drain out. All is good very very pleased. Fernando was very considerate professional, and did the job in a remarkable length of time.

Re-piped the house in July, 2023. The hose bib is leaking and the they want to charge me $225.00 to fix it.

Milani installed a Rinnai tankless boiler model i090C in my basement 11 Oct 2022. That flooded my basement because their technician broke a joint of a sprinkler pipeline when fishingor rather, forcing an exhaust pipe along the hidden ceiling joists. So I immediaely called my 24/7 fire protection contractor of my townho house complex to have the bursting leak stopped and fixed. Milani only agreed to compensate the physical damage of property which I had to accept because my already paid air travel to Hong Kong could not be postponed anylonger. I was then not sure about any third party claims. When I came back home I received an invoice from Fire-Pro Fire Protection Ltd. charging $709.97. Milani refuses to pay me back and ignored my repeating reminders.

We had two outdoor heatpumps installed to power 7 indoor heads. One of the outdoor units works great but the other one has never worked properly. It has now been 5 months and after a few service calls Milani is no longer returning our calls. It seems like they are not sure how to correct the issue and have found it easier to just ignore us.

We had 2 heat pumps installed in September. One of these units has never worked properly since it was first installed and is still an ongoing issue. Milani will not do warranty work on weekends or evenings and cannot seem to repair our unit. Instead of addressing the issue they are now avoiding us and not return phone calls. We are looking into legal recourse.
