    Water Line Leak

    The two Matts ( M & K ) , were solid guys . As was John D. Worked fast and efficient;y , and explained the process etc... Made the stressful situation a little more manageble.

    Replacement of Hot Water Heater

    Mike P and Jag D were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. They explained their work and provided tips on maintenance. They left the area spotless. Would definitely recommend them and company to others.

    Kitchen drainpipe blocked

    Matt did a great job. The pipe was badly blocked due to a bad pipe installation done by a renovator. It was snaked 3 times and it took an hour to clear it. Milani was available on short notice.

    Backflow testing

    Jais came and tested our backflow at our old house and he was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! A thorough job well done. I will call again if needed and definitely recommend him.

    Professional & Prompt

    Our bath tub drain was terribly plugged up ! We had a very good experience with Arash Samimi who came and cleared the drain. We were grateful as we thought it was a bigger problem. He was very professional and helpful with his good advice. We will definitely call Milani Plumbing in the future! Thanks!

    Toilet Tank Replacement

    The whole Milani team was able to arrange to get in the correct tank to replace a broken one. Mike P. (truck #62) was on time, and replaced everything quickly, without issue. Great service all around.

    Replace and install new water heater and pressure intake valve

    Mike was great. Arrived and got to work immediately, working efficiently and with expertise. A last minute problem arose with our pressure intake, and he immediately got to work fixing this ‘new issue’ and installing a pressure intake value. He was friendly, courteous, and approachable. I would hire him to do work in our house again.

    Emergency Hot Water Tank Replacement

    On the evening off June 30, our 10 year old hot water tank failed. On July 1 (Canada Day) I called Milani to see if they could provide a replacement that day. They said yes, and sent a technician Mike that morning. The work was completed efficiently and we are very happy with the quick and competent service. We recommend Milani.

    Water main replacement

    Team leader, Morgan E and John L and John D did a great job. Very good communication between the work team and between the work team and the homeowner. The team leader is a good listener and focused on all of the details of concern for the homeowner. It was a challenging job with very rocky terrain and cutting of a cement driveway. The team completed the job in two days of hard work. We were very pleased with the service. Barbara
