Had Mike from Milani replace a leaking hot water tank for me, everything was done quickly, efficiently and everything was left clean. Will definitely be recommending him for any future jobs.

I had a great experience with Milani and this was due to my great technician, Imad,. He was very professional and courteous. The fixtures that we supplied unfortunately didnt work in an older home and Imad offered a great solution. It was like he really cared. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and he did a great job.

This in the spirit of better late than never. In Jan 2023 Milani replaced our old and inefficient tankless water heater with a new one. The machine works very well and the tank as well as the material used were precisely what we had agreed to. More importantly I have to complement the technicians who came to do the work. Morris (aka Mustafa) and Hansen (Hassan) were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Working in restricted space, they were very well organized, and took their time to ensure that the installation was perfect. I had a bunch of questions to which I got clear and unambiguous responses along with some advice on how to ensure that the heater functioned smoothly. Thank you for doing a great job.

I got a bad experience with Milani Plumbing. They are not able to help me and charged me for 2 hours, even though the technician was here for 1 hour and 7 mins, including taking his cell phone calls a few times already. When I complained why 2 hours, then he said he can do something else inside my house to make it 2 hours. Since I don't like the service, I turned down the offer. I feel it is unfair to customer if the job done is only for 1 hour, why made it into 1 hour and 7 mins and rounding it up to 2 hours. Very disappointing and frustrated.

Daniel did an awesome job helping us identify the source of the leak, and then very quickly had it fixed for us and the water back on. He was very professional, friendly, and patient. Would recommend.

We originally called on Milani to do a routine maintenance service on our heating system and understand the initial call out fee ( no problem ) . Within 24 hours after maintenance the heating system stopped working , so we called them back to sort out the problem. This is where the Tech called his office to find out the availability of a part and he received zero response back (and of course another call out fee).I will say that the young gentlemen they sent out was good and he was extremely apologetic for how Milani was handling this. You could tell he wanted it fixed properly but his hands were tied. It took over a month and calls from us to Milani to find out what was going on with the parts and in this time there was no heat in the house .When asked what was going on and if there was a timeline the Milani representative simply stated "It wasn't their fault , and that their suppliers did not have stock" when asked if they had tried looking elsewhere they replied "they only use their suppliers " and essentially gave us the "It's not our problem "It was absolutely shocking how quickly someone could just pass the problem on with zero concern. Needless to say we did manage to find the part with some phoning around and we fixed it ourselves. Perhaps a little less focus on pretty TV commercials and a little more focus on quality service will get you more business , just saying

My outdoor shut off tap for the backyard is located under the sink in the kitchen I went to turn it off for the winter and noticed it was leaking. I called MILANI and they came over the same day. Fernando did an excellent job of replacing the tap with a lever handle that is more efficient. He also help shut off the front outside tap winter shut off valve located in the crawlspace next to the main shut off . I liked how smoothly everything went . Very happy

I live in a Omni built building and it's a well known fact that Omni has questionable quality. My garburator started leaking and I called Milani to have a technician look at the unit. Adam arrived, super knowledgeable and professional, he got the garburator fixed in no time, tested it to ensure it doesn't leak anymore. He even had extra time to fix my wobbly faucet. Great service from Milani and Adam, I am very thankful.

Lovepreet was excellent to deal with. Part on existing toilet needed to be replaced. Cost of new part was $200.00. Decided to replace the existing toilet with a new toilet. LOvepreet picked up new toilet and installed. Also had problem with water pressure at kitchen sink. LOvepreet cleaned the filter on the supply line and increased the water pressure at the PRV. My bride is very happy. Thanks very much LOvepreet. WELL DONE!!!!!!!
