We were impressed with Milarod when we first contacted him almost a year ago and then when we were not ready to have the work done we kept his contact details and called him to come in and do the work when we were finally ready. We are very happy with the tiling work that was done for our fireplace and Milarod is very pleasant and easy to work with. We found him very accommodating and he made suggestions for things we were unsure of. We would definitely recommend him.

We hired Milorad to tile the floor and backsplash in our basement laundry room. This room is multipurpose as we also use it as a basement walkout to our pool. Guests can grab a drink in the laundry room and access the basement washroom. When we purchased the home, the laundry room had only minor updates since the house was built in the '50s. After we ripped up the laminate floor ourselves, Milorad had the task of laying the matte porcelain tile we purchased. He took his time and was meticulous in the grading to the floor drain. The floor took him a full 5 days including grouting and ceiling the tile. He returned once we installed the cabinetry and counters we purchased from IKEA to install the ceramic subway tile backsplash. He listened to exactly how we wanted the pattern to be and it came out perfect. He picked up all the materials for us (with the exception of the tiles and the drain cover) and included a beautiful chrome edge. We are very pleased with his work and will be using him again for our bathrooms. The pictures will speak for themselves!

Are you a perfectionist who appreciates exceptional craftsmanship? If you’ve answered yes, then look no further, as you will be delighted and totally satisfied with the tiling work of Milorad. In our renovation project of a 100 year old house, we had Milorad tile and waterproof three bathroom showers and floors, as well as our main hallway floor. As you can well imagine, with an older home, there are challenges with both floors and walls not being straight or level. Milorad walked us through exactly what was required and what he would do to remedy the issues. He ensured that all surfaces were smooth, flat and prepared with precision, that all tiles were precut and laid out in advance of being set and that grout lines were thin (as requested) and straight. In all honesty, he delivered more than what was promised, on schedule and within budget. In addition, as an individual, Milorad was amazing to work with and he responded to my last minute project additions without hesitation. Milorad’s tiling work has provided our home with modern design and each of our bathrooms now looks like a unique and treasured piece of art. Milorad is truly a European craftsman whose work has added exceptional beauty to our property. I would highly recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wants quality tile work at a reasonable price.

After meeting with several contractors to tile our bathroom we decided to work with Milorad due to his level of professionalism, superior knowledge and rave reviews. We met him in May for a quote and was very thorough; informing us of the various options to lay tile, different materials that could be used and the expected timelines for the project. Upon commencement of the project he was on time every day, kept the working area clean and was very meticulous making sure all the tiles were straight and ensured all floors and walls were levelled. The best thing about Milorad is his work, it is FLAWLESS! He’s a TRUE perfectionist when it comes to his trade, anything we asked he was able to do and most importantly do it the right way. Everything is solid and levelled, no issues with cracks or grout or design. He’s an artist. Beyond his strong work ethic and level of competency he is trustworthy, reliable and works with you along the project to ensure you are happy with the end results.
