Milorad and his son installed the tiles in our entire house: front and side entrances/hallways, main floor kitchen, ground floor bathroom including shower stall, upstairs bathroom including tub area, basement, kitchen backsplash. Materials included porcelain tiles laid on a diagonal as well as staggered, glass tiles for the kitchen backsplash and bathroom accent strips, marble jams for glass shower door, marble for bathroom floors. The work looks amazing. Milorad is professional, punctual, understood the "look" we were trying to achieve, and always kept his work area clean. We would definitely recommend Milorad. The first word that comes to mind is professional. He pays attention to detail and is meticulous in his work. He makes sure that the work area is clean and protected. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get the job done right at a fair price.

Milorad and his son did the tiling for our master bathroom and both did an exceptional job. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect. It was well worth the money and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Milorad's work is a 10+ yet again, this time on our kid's bathroom. Milorad took a weekend to do our second floor bathroom shower stall and surround. I had a really hard time letting the kids plaster stickers all over his meticulous work, but they love their new bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased. Milorad created a nice mosaic pattern using 3/8" iridescent glass tiles (skyWA12 and oceanWA24) within a white subway pattern (4x6 ceramic) as the focal point in the shower stall and than nicely extended the mosaic and subway pattern onto the walls around the sink and cabinets. Milorad recommended using the glass mosaics as the border instead of our original choice of marble stone sumba sticks (Himalayan White)to keep the look uniform and crisp and to finish the border with a while moulding. This minimized on the different styles of tiles, and didn't take away from the focal point in the shower. It looks fantastic and worked out perfectly (and we're happy to have saved the very $$$ marble for the next project, the master bath :))). We are grateful to Milorad for his exceptional work and long term relationship with us throughout our many renovation projects. What would I do without you Milorad? LOL. I would highly recommend Milorad tiling to all my friends. (Sorry for the delay in the review Milorad :D )

Milorad tiled our 2nd floor bathroom and we love it! When Milorad came to quote our project he was very professional. On his initial visit, he took all necessary measurements of our bathroom and gave us the exact square footage. This was great because we had no idea of how much tile to buy. He explained to us that we would need to buy a little extra so that we can account for cuts. We used rectangle tile 12*24 (layed as brick pattern) with mosaic insert accents 3/4 of the way up the wall. That was no problem for Milorad and his son who came to help out the second week. His work is so precise, that I couldn't find one thing to negatively criticize. Milorad produced a wonderful finished product and my bathroom now looks as good if not better than those portrayed in renovation magazines. Milorad was very diligent, friendly and organized, working from 9 to 10 hours a day until he finished. Milorad scheduled us for 2 weeks and completed the job on time. He is very clean and made sure to protect the walls, the floor and bed everyday. Once he finished tiling, he sealed all the tiles before he grouted as the stone we used was very porous. The next day he grouted and once the grout dried, he applied a second layer of sealer and silicone. I have had other contractors come in for other work but none have compared to Milorad. My partner and I are thinking of redoing an accent wall and cover our fire place with stone tiles. We will definately be calling Milorad to complete those projects for us. Kitchen backsplash was done meticulously and is fantastic! He took his time. 2nd floor bathroom: white subway tub wall has a couple tiles that are not straight and need to be cracked out and re-set. Limestone floor grout is way too low and does not meet surface of tile. Dirt just gets caught. They used sanded with 1/16" spacing and I believe it was hard to push in there. Also they should have sealed tiles before install because the water stains absorbed. You can see slight marks where their buckets sat on the floor & water drop marks. 3rd floor masterbath: white subway tile is not even. They were rushing that day and it's not a great product. Upon close inspections, grout job is sloppy. Some tile cuts made on the shower wall now have to be chiseled out for pumbling attachments. They were cut too close to rough plumbing and the finish taps won't thread past tiles. Again, water mark stains on the white marble tiles. Also, you can see seams in the mini sheets of mosaic tiles set on fireplace wall. I am a huge perfectionist (as I think all homeowners should be). Maybe little things won't bother you. Some areas are gorgeous and is excellent and other areas, I am disappointed. Milorad & his son were easy to deal with & very pleasant. I think Milorad underestimated how much time this job would take. The last couple days were tiling madness. It showed in the quality. Front vestibule was supposed to be done complimentary as a result of all the work. He had a job after mine & ran out of time. This did not get done. Overall, when he left I was ok but now upon closer inspection, am disappointed. Not terrible. Not wonderful.

Milorad and his son Serdje were amazing. From the beggining they offered a great quote, set the clear expectations on the timeline and went above and beyond to make our bathroom reno spactacular. We had subway tile installed around the bathtub with a glass tile accent and on the floor we put a beautiful marble. They suggested and installed a great chrome accent around the edge of the tile. They also put in a nice marble treshhold on the entrance. They were on time, called before to let us know when they were coming and never stopped working, even for lunch. They also went out of their way to make us happy. We found Milorad through Homestars and we do not regret one bit that we called him. We wholeheartedly reccommend him and will use him again for kitchen backsplash. You will not go wrong if you hire Milorad. Guaranteed!

My apologies to Milorad for being somewhat late in this review. Milorad did our second bathroom after having completed our first bathroom and entrance beautifully. As this bath was marble and glass tile - it wasn't a simple job, but Milorad did a perfect job. When other contractors have looked at the bathroom - they always say "who did your tile work?" Milorad and his son are currently completing our third bathroom. However I will post that review separately. I recommend Milorad without reservation.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and cost of the job. Milorad did a great job, it looks perfect. His suggestions for how to arrange the tile on the fireplace surround worked out very well.

Very happy with the work Milorad did with my backsplash. Working with different tile thickness, working with glass and marble tile - not a problem. Did a great job - and, above that, punctual and cheerful!
