Very professional and thorough - great service. The cleaners were on time, pleasant to deal with and left the place looking and smelling great. Price was very reasonable and the overall experience was excellent. Follow up on the first cleaning was done as well, they did everything they said they would do.

I remember calling this company for a quote at my house. And let's say their services, presentation and punctuality was great but their prices were sky high. This lady came in and wore shoe covers on her shoes and went around asking all the things that needed to be done. From bed sheets being ironed to counter tops being cleanned. They noted everything on a piece of paper and in an organized fashion. And i've haven't even seen any renovation contractor as organized :) At the end which was the rate that was told which i found really high was: As far as i remember $90 an hour which was detailed cleaning in every inch of the house than they would start the regular weekly cleaning. Which i found to be expensive. Their rated were a bit high too. But on the other hand I found this company very professional and if your looking for licensed, trained professionals; Who you are willing to "pay" for than i won't recommend any other company than Molly Maid :)

Have used this Molly Maid group for over 6 years on a regular biweekly basis. Nice to know that they will be there - not dependent on one person so if one is on holiday, another person will be there. Any issues (very few in five years) are resolved immediately and their office support is excellent. Also a fair degree of flexibility if I have had to reschedule. Had used a few other services without success - they did not do the same quality of cleaning and were always changing the cleaning team.

I liked the fact that Molly Maid did the job, but I felt they were way over priced for general cleaning. I would recommend the company but I wouldn't use the service on a regular basis. Too expensive. In these econmic times and with so many unemployed, one could find a less expensive service for the same quality. I did! CD Toronto

I have used this franchise of Molly Maid for over two years now after some real disasters! Honest and reliable. I usually get the same two women - and if one is away, there is always one familiar face to guide the new person. The house is left clean, and no hiding thing with air fresheners or lemon furniture polish (all tricks used by others!)etc. They come in, do the job and are gone in two hours! The office people are supportive and quick to respond to any queries. I have occasionally had to change days - and they even get the same team back here!
