    Leaking Shut-off valves for Washer

    I am extremely pleased with the service offered by both Mr. Rooter and especially Brian M. He identified the problem, and solved it over two visits with professionalism and expertise. Even though a set back occurred, he patiently spent a lot of extra time finding a solution. At the service call today because the washer wasn't getting cold water, he found that the cold water valve wasn't open, but waited for the machine to complete a full cycle to ensure that all was working correctly, which was appreciated. Brian M. interacts well with the customer, is polite and very knowledgeable, and professional, and I am pleased to recommend him, and Mr. Rooter. I

    toilet leak

    Brian MacDonald was great! He came in to help with our toilet leak. He gave my husband advice as to how to replace the toilet pump and also gave us a new part. Thank you Brian!

    Kitchen faucet repair/replacement.

    Chis Cochrane had done the work of replacement Nov.2018. I called for a follow up Dec.2018 because of unforeseen circumstances. Chris C arrived the same day that I made the call and made an adjustment and that should be the end of that repair.

    Leaking Toilet

    I've used Mr. Rooter services before, so when I noticed my toilet was leaking, I immediately called them to take care of it. Bruce T was super helpful and friendly. He actually listened to what I thought was happening, explained to me what he found and gave me all the options to fix the leak. When I called with my decision to go ahead with the work, he came back that day to get the new toilet installed and made sure it worked with no leaks.

    Leaky Sink

    Brian M was called in to take care of a small problem but he was able to fix it effectively and efficiently. He was very helpful in giving me various options and I'm now a Mr. Rooter member! Thanks, Brian.

    Plumber on site within 1 hour, problem fixed in 20 minutes

    Called on a Sunday night and was dispatched a plumber immediately. Rick came by and was very friendly and efficient. Will 100% be calling Rick again for all our plumbing needs.

    kitchen shutoff valves installation and main drain snaking - very professional

    Josh , the service technician has shown up on time. He installed 2 shut of valves for kitchen sink very efficiently and professionally. He also cleared a nasty main drain clog that had caused us lots of problems before. He was professional, polite and considerate. I would highly recommend Josh and Mr Rooter to other customers for the prompt and proffesi0nal service.

    Toilet fixed

    We called Mr. Rooter this morning (Saturday) about a noising running toilet. The dispatchers were all professional and efficient. Rick Phillips, a Licensed Plumber, with Mr. Rooter showed up earlier than anticipated. He was professional, respectful, patient, explained things in a friendly way. He also returned the same day when we were concerned about some noise that started in the toilet - a different issue - and he remedied it quickly demonstrating the depth and breadth of his experience.

    Toilet replacement and installing shut off valves

    I called Mr Rooter to look at my main floor toilet that was not refilling properly and also at a dripping sink in the ensuite bathroom. Rick Phillips was the technician and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He gave me two options: repair what was an old toilet or replace it completely. He never pressured me towards either option but gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I chose to get a new toilet (and to have shut off valves installed on the sink rather than change the faucet as we will redo the bathroom in the near future). The work was scheduled for the next morning and everything went smoothly. Rick was very careful to keep the areas clean and gave me lots of information and tips throughout the process. I am now a loyal customer and will trust Rick with any other plumbing issue I may encounter in the future.

    Great Technician and Service!

    Technician Mr Brian M arrived early, identify the issue and problem quickly and correctly. He then went to get the necessary part required to get the job done. Finished the job in less than 30 mins. My family is very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend him to the next customer.
