    Replace shower faucet/shower head

    Did it again! Provided exceptional service from my initial call to completion of the job. Their licensed plumber, Ziggy, is amazing. He explains everything so well - does the show and tell- and, to top it off, he does an exceptional job. He respects your home, leaves the work area so tidy and clean, but the main thing is, whatever he does, actually ends of working as it should. I had him assess another job this past summer and he ended up diagnosing the 10-year plus problem and correcting it. So this time, I asked specifically for him. I have never had such faith in a trades person. Good on Mr. Rooter for having him on staff! Never lose him!!

    Replaced sewer pipe from stack to City connection

    Robert and Orsen completed this extensive work quickly, professionally and cleanly. They showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would and left my property looking neat and tidy. I highly recommend them.

    Replaced old faucet

    They replaced my old, leaky faucet very promptly, and left the area tidy. The two men were both courteous.

    Blocked drain,and plumbing work

    Excellent work by Robert our tech in taking care of this blockage and clean out valve installation! I would highly recommend this company ! We called for Sunday service and we were well taken care of.

    Plumbing-clogged toilet

    The plumbing technician Rick provided top notch service. His almost 30 years of experience showed as soon as he opened the door. His customer service was courteous, respectful, friendly and funny and his knowledge of his trade was unmatched. Everything was explained from start to finish. In addition to being an expert plumber, I could see him being a wonderful teacher to plumbing apprentices. He also took the time to review future options to avoid future problems while charging less than I expected. At the outset, I wasn't even sure I would be able to get immediate service on a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to receive outstanding service in every aspect.

    Sewer, backflow valve and new water line

    Great work installing a replacement sewer line with backflow valve, as well as upgrading to a new 3/4" water line. Travis was very responsive in making arrangements for the job at short notice, filing permits and guiding me through the process of applying for city rebates. The on-site team of Roman and Vladimir were very professional, handled the job quickly with good workmanship, and did a very thorough cleanup afterwards. My only disappointment is that I did not realize that the new line could only extend only to the 1/2" city connection at the property line, and not all the way to the city water main. I now understand that private contractors are not allowed to work past the property line, but wish I had been advised of this up-front.

    Rick was amazing. Very kind man who knows his stuff!

    He was great! very good at his job and seems to genuinely enjoy it. He even helped us with fixing something else in our house. Went above an beyond. And he had an endless bank of useful information. Highly recommend!

    Leaking bathtub

    I was very happy with Mr. Rooter's service. Justin arrived within an hour of calling and quickly assessed the problem in two bath tubs. He was extremely professional, polite and thorough.

    Toilet maintenance

    Rick came to replace the seal and the flapper in both our toilets. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and why and he cleaned up thoroughly after he finished the work. Everything's working great now. We've used his services in the past and have been happy with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone else who needs a plumber.

    Residential Plumbing

    Greg was very professional and very thorough. We've been looking for a good plumber for a while and we're happy to report we'll be calling Mr. Rooter back whenever we need subsequent plumbing services. *****UPDATE***** We had Greg back (March 2016) because the pull out hose on our handset faucet started to leak. So, he replaced it with a new faucet. As expected, Greg did an excellent job from beginning to end.
