    Installing a new toilet

We purchased a new low flow toilet to be installed in our bathroom. We used this company as our friends had used them before. They installed the tolit and the service was done quickly. We have had no issues with it. The staff could have been a bit more personable, but no issues.

    Repair Pipe

Mr. Rooter understood what it meant to have an emergency. We had a leaking pipe and had called a couple other plumbers and they all said they couldn't come out for at least a few days. Mr. Rooter showed up the same day as the call and was able to fix the pipe. The plumber that came knew exactly what needed to be done and was very pleasant. We weren't charge a premium for the super quick service.

    Plumbing

The time from I call and arrive and fix the problem all in 1 day. Save me a lot of time calling others to do the estimate and get the job done. I will definitely recommend Mr Rooter to all my friends.

    toilet plumbing service

Had a plumbing problem with the toilet in the bathroom, and the long weekend was approaching. Mr Rooter Vancouver was able to send someone out the same day. He was friendly, fast, solved the problem, and cleaned up after himself, which we appreciated as we have a baby. Not sure of the exact cost, as our landlords paid for the service call, but based on the customer service experience - and coming out so quickly on the eve of a long weekend, we really appreciated it, and would use them again.

    Toilet Repair

My toilet was beginning to make noises that resembled a screaming monkey (I'm not kidding) every time we flushed. We looked into every free avenue for advice, including Google and home depot and found that there was nothing simple that an amateur like myself could take on. Finally I called Mr. Rooter and got Dwayne the next day. Dwayne was professional and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Best of all, he came prepare with all the parts needed to fix our toilet. About 45minutes later our toilet was fixed. I was correct in that it was no simple job. In the end we paid more than expected but the job was also a lot tougher than expected. We got what we paid for.

Replace main water line to house

we had Mr. Rooter replace our main water line to the house because it was leaking into basement. They were very professional, cleaned up the job site and couldn't tell they had ever been there. Finished in the time they estimated

    Plumb a washing machine

I had a new washing machine delivered and in the process of installing it found the original plumbing for it was a home handy job. With this being a condo installation I wanted the job done properly. The job was completed quickly and well and he installed the washing machine in the process. The guy they sent round was also polite, and managed to keep mess to a minimum as well. But was it ever expensive. $220 for a length of flexible plastic tube and an end cap. When they arrive they have a big book from which they can quote prices from, but nothing really fitted the criteria of the job I needed done. I had already paid for Sears to install the machine, I simply needed the plumbing upgraded. I was charged for a job that involved steel braided cables (which had come with the machine I had bought) and the installation. I challenged the cost so the guy rang his supervisor (supposedly?) and in the end quoted an even higher price. He ended up going with the lower price for me but I felt horrifically ripped off at the end of it all. If I didn't have the work done by them I was still liable for the call out fee which off of the top of my head is about $50 (if they end up doing the work this is waived in favour for the agreed on cost prior to them starting the work; so there is some peace of mind that you won't incur additional costs once they start... hopefully)

    Flood

I recently had a flood at my place and they came and fixed it. I had so much water everywhere and they had some other people come out to clean it all up and make sure I didn't get any mould. They were fast and efficient and came as soon as I called. They did such a great job and really made a bad situation a little easier.

    Zone valve replacement

I was easily able to pick an appointment time that suited me. They were in and out of the apartment quickly and the quality of work was ideal. Even gave advise on other aging equipment. The only reservation I had was that it was a bit more costly than I had expected. Perhaps that is what it takes for professional work and service.
