    Tankless hot water heater maintenance and update, inspected and signed off on embridge red-tag

    Amazing time and advice they are willing to give. Always returned my calls or texts, very honest about the work needed as well as the work that's not necessary (never tries to upsell). We had a red-tag assigned from Embridge and Natural Choice, though they didn't do the work embridge required, coached us on what needed to be done in order to pass inspection. Natural Choice also inspected and signed off on the work done to make sure it was correct. Jame and Matt, a big thank you! You've got customers for life!

    AC and Water Heater replacement

    Very happy with the service and professionalism I experienced in dealing with James, Matt, Brad and Gavin. Began with a call to inspect our AC that broke down, and James clearly explained the options for repair and replacement. Installation of new AC and Water heater was scheduled quickly. A couple of weeks after installation, I did have to call regarding potential issue. Although late in the day, James was able to get Matt and Brad onsite same day to resolve and everything is working great. Will recommend their service to others.

    AC Installation

    I had a new air conditioner installed by James and his team last week. We are very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of his company. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and took the time to show me all of the work completed before leaving. I was able to ask questions and get clarification on everything. I highly recommend Natural Choice to anyone who needs HVAC work completed.

    Central Air conditioner Instalation

    Working with Natural choice was a pleasant surprise. The entire process from requesting a quote, reviewing repair options, scheduling the installation, follow up, and equipment adjustments, was efficient and pleasant. I think I can safely say that Natural Choice is changing the paradigm of customer service. They walk the talk. All the technicians and management were considerate, friendly and efficient. All their equipment is in perfect condition. PLUS: Their costs were very competitive. I

    Furnace/humidifier leak diagnosis

    Our furnace with humidifier was leaking pretty badly and we wanted to get someone up to give us a diagnosis. The company we have used in the past had come out first, but was not able to determine the cause and charged us $40 for the house call. We called Natural Choice next because they are still listed on the (going bankrupt) Sears website for furnace service and we knew the previous owners had the furnace purchased and installed with Sears. We got an immediate call to book an appointment and we were told it would be $100 for the housecall regardless of the time spent in diagnosing the problem. We found the price a bit steep to be honest, but we went ahead and made the appointment. Service was friendly, prompt and on time. We were given a couple of easy solutions to try which hopefully help and we were told if it doesn't work to reach out again, that it could then be a manufacturers issue. Very pleased with the service received, and would call them again.

    Air conditioning unit

    We are very satisfied with the team which installed our A/C unit....they where very professional and knowledgeable and gained my confidence.....a great job guys! Definitely would recommend your company in the future!

    Tankless Water System repair and New Furnace

    When our tankless water heater broke and our original installer was nowhere to be found, James and his team were there for us and helped us through a difficult time. They helped us make the warranty claim with the manufacturer, and handled an issue when a shipping company damaged one of the replacement parts and dealing with the manufacturer to get a new part shipped. James kept us informed almost daily with status updates and assured us that as soon as they had the necessary parts from the manufacturer that he would get our hot water working. We were also comfortable with the way James provided information and advice. James provided clear information without any attempt to “upsell” or suggest that we needed more than we did in an HVAC system. On James’ advice, we went ahead and replaced our aging furnace with a two stage, variable fan, furnace along with a smart thermostat (Ecobee 3). The removal of the old furnace, installation of the new one and the repair of the tankless was all done in less than a day the James’ team did a professional looking installation and left the furnace room in a clean state. We were very pleased with the work done and the manner in which James kept us informed and followed up with us after the fact. Thank you for helping us deal with the hot water system and making us feel comfortable with the process James! We are looking forward to seeing how the new system makes our house more comfortable and to see the difference in our energy costs.

    Great service from start to finish. James was very knowledgeable and offered great advice with no pressure to upsell me. Install crew was courtious and on time and cleaned up after themselves.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Our entire experience with Natural Choice was excellent. James was helpful, honest, accommodating and provided exceptional customer service from the point of first contact through to the evening of the installation when he emailed to thank us for our business and to extend an offer to contact him should we have any questions. Our installation technicians, Kyle and Kris, were awesome. Very knowledgeable and the job was completed quickly and everything was left neat and tidy. We are extremely impressed with Natural Choice and would absolutely recommend them.

    Furnace & Air conditioning

    Excellent quality & service. James provided us with a quote and answered all the questions we had. Setting up an install date was very quick and easy. The crew was exceptional, removed old units and installed new ones. Workmanship was top notch.
