    New A/C, Furnace, Thermostat and Ductwork

    We were somewhat nervous when we started this adventure due to the cost of a new A/C and not having a recommended contractor for the job. We did get a few quotes; however, when we met James and went over our options with him to replace our air conditioner, we knew we had found the right guy for the job. After James explained the process to us, we realized that our furnace and duct work was a big part of the problem too. We decided to replace both the A/C and furnace along with the thermostat and we made a few minor changes in the basement duct work (we would highly recommend the Ecobee Thermostat system. The system is amazing, it wasn't that expensive and well worth it!! We had tried other options and returned them because they just didn't work properly). James and his staff were extremely professional and they cared about what was going to make us happy and comfortable. Although the job was expensive, the rebates do help and we anticipate our hydro costs dropping. We would highly recommend them.

    Air conditioner install

    We recently purchased an air conditioner from Natural Choice. James was prompt to respond to our inquiry and any additional questions. We scheduled a home visit and after James left, we felt like he had answered all our question and made us feel confident in our decision regardless if choice his company or not. No pressure at all. On the day of the install we received a message from James saying that the crew was delayed picking up the unit at the supplier and they would approximately 30 mins behind. Something so simple but when you are waiting you appreciate being kept in the loop. The crew finally arrived they we professional, politely, respectful of our home and left no garbage behind. The install was tucked away and barely noticeable. James also installed an smart thermostat and offered future assistance with programming the thermostat. (Service was above and beyond)

    AC

    Very happy that I chose Natural Choice Heating & Air-Cooling for installing my new AC. Professional, courteous and reliable service is what was promised on their website - and they truly delivered on all counts. Really appreciated not being given sales pitches but instead being offered choices & knowledgeable product backgrounds and the freedom to choose under no pressure. Great job by James, Chris & Kyle - showed up on time, installed the AC, cleaned up afterwards and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Will gladly recommend Natural Choice to friends & family.

    Gas conversion, furnace and tankless water heater

    Let me start by saying that we don't have enough words to thank and praise James and his fantastic team. They have exceeded our expectations in every possible way. They are easily in our top 3 contractors ever hired. We always start every project by doing extensive researches and interview several company with specific questions and concerns. James is very dedicated to his clients and his professionalism and friendliness are remarkable. His knowledge and no-pressure approach were greatly appreciated. The pricing was also very reasonable. We felt very privileged to have such a great experience. The whole crew was careful to keep our place tidy and the craftsmanship is second to none. Steve and Arek did an amazing job in our home. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions as needed. We also have 2 large dogs who can be annoying for strangers and we never felt like they were a problem for them. We were very impressed with the final results. Furthermore, we had to request a last minute change to accommodate us and we really appreciated the flexibility of everyone. From the dependable skills and reliability, to a superior knowledge, to the right attitude and a very respectable work ethic, we could go on and on and on. We are more than thrilled to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for improving our home and our live tremendously.

    Air Conditioner

    Bought a new house last year, had to go through last summer with no AC as it was recommended we let the house settle. This year we knew we needed AC! I called and talked to about 4 or 5 different companies, some were horrible, others were ok but nothing super stood out. Then I had Natural Choice recommended by a friend/realtor, so I called them in. James came over to check out our house and talk to my wife and I and go over everything. He was great at explaining the simple, yet basic important info such as the SEER rating, how it all works, what model would work best in our home, different costs as well as payment options that would work best for our financial situation. One of my favourite parts was that I didn't feel like just another sale to them, he wasn't trying to upsell me to the bigger and better if it wasn't what I needed or wouldn't have made that much difference etc. He just wanted to give us the facts and let us choose. Day of installation came, in constant communication when their installers would be leaving etc. The guys came to install and were VERY professional, friendly and did a great job from what I can tell! They even neatened up some wires and cables right around my furnace to make things as best they possible could. On top of this I was told they would be back once the temperature hits a consistent 15 degrees so they can totally optimize it, to make sure that we get the best possible production from our AC. From start to finish these guys have been outstanding and not only would I recommend Natural Choice, I WILL to anyone who is looking for HVAC services!!

    Furnace, ERV and Tankless Water Heater

    Found Natural Choice Heating & Cooling online and decided to contact them based on the positive reviews. James responded immediately and had a quote ready for me very quickly. Quote was very competitive and his team was in the house in a matter of days replacing everything in my utility room. New furnace, replaced the water tank rental with tankless unit and installed a new ERV. James and the install team were great, very professional and courteous and they took great pride in their work.

    Gas Furnace Install

    James & his install team were fantastic! No pressure sales tactics, very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the process of the install. He prepared all of the necessary paperwork for the gas company and HVAC rebate. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, honest and respectful salesman. This includes the installation team. They took great pride in their work, left no mess and I felt very safe in using the furnace after watching the installation process. I would 100% recommend this company for any job! D. Phillips

    New 60Gal Water Heater Purchase & Install

    James & his install team were great. James walked us through all the product options (tank & tankless) and was very responsive. The install team were great. In & out in 3 1/2 hours, and left zero mess behind. Very happy, and will be using Natural Choice when it comes time to deal with our furnace in the next year or two!

    New Furnace, Air Conditioner, Thermostat & Hot Water Tank

    We invited James of Natural Choice to quote on our project and were impressed by his knowledge and recommendations - we were prepared to pay more for a 2 Ton air conditioner but James and his team strongly advised against that - bigger is not always better and a larger unit just did not make sense to them. The installation was all done in one day - very neatly and efficiently. Would highly recommend James and his team for your needs!!!
