Our A/C failed in early summer 2012. I contacted a few people and found James to be extremely well mannered and considerate of my situation... in fact, we decided to wait an entire year, and upon contacting James again this April he remembered me and my situation. He has been thoughtful about providing the best quality equipment and best service for our situation - understanding that we are on a budget. When we decided that we needed to replace our Furnace as well, he was able to provide some good options for us - and gave us the freedom to decide. I really appreciated that he wasn't in there to pressure me, but met with me in order to explain things thoroughly. The installation went incredibly well and the service people were helpful and knowledgeable. You could take a picture of my new HVAC system and put it on your wall - gorgeous. What a low price to pay for such professional work and quality equipment. Thank you Natural Choice!

James came in and did a through assessment of the piping required for the furnace replacement, including the upgrade of piping that was not code (and potentially dangerous). Very professional - took the time to explain it all and then acted quickly when we were comfortable with the situation.

I have had several bad experiences with heating and air conditioning companies. I cant express enough how amazing these guys at Natural Choice heating and cooling are! I just had a litter of puppies in Jan on the coldest day of the year and the guys were able to come right away and install and new furnace for me within the hour! I also called them right away when my grandma's furnace went and again they came right away!!! These guys are so imformative and patient. They take the extra time to make sure you understand everything!!! and they are always there for you if you have any questions at all. These guys are not up-sellers and you can actually trust everything they tell you. I can't think of any other company I can say that about. Customer service is #1 to me and these guys have nailed it!!!! I have and definately will be recommending this company to everyone I know :) Thanks again Jay and the guys!!!

I had a really bad experience with another vendor on a different brand of tankless water heater, and upon hearing my story James was able to quote me much better pricing then the original vendor that I had contracted to do the original install on the exact same model (giving them the opportunity to right the wrong). James sent one of his crew over to take pictures of my existing install and immediately identified several shortcuts and code violations from the previous vendors install just by the pictures. They were quick to schedule my install once I had committed as my current in place unit was leaking (the next day) though they did give me the option of scheduling an alternate day to fit my schedule which is nice there was no pressure to rush. They stuck to the quoted pricing even though there were unforeseen issues with the install and did not pass on the extra charges to my quoted price. I was truly impressed with the professional install job and the crew definitely knew their building code stuff. In fact they pointed out additional shortcomings from the install job on my furnace (which I have addressed with that vendor), James and his crew have gone above and beyond and I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends and hiring them again for any HVAC work.

Words can't describe the feeling we have with Natural Choice Heating & Cooling. The sales part was very educational and easy going. The service was on time, rapid, clean and very professional. The owner him self (James Smith), made an appearance and ensured that all was in order and made sure we understood how everything worked. The crew was super clean, polite and extremely knowledgable. The experience set very high expectations for other trades. We are in the trade industry our selves and learned a few things that day. Cudos to Natural Choice Heating & Cooling this will be our natural choice for any hvac service in the future. Did I mention that the install was on Christmas Eve??? Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a new high-efficiency furnace and AC unit installed (previously no AC). James was wonderful in answering any and all questions we had about each unit. Any emails sent out were returned within 24 hours, which for us, was a wonderful experience as these days, customer service sometimes takes a back-seat to making the sale. With Natural Choice Heating and Cooling, customer service is the reason we chose them. On the day of installation, great care was taken to not damage any flooring or materials in our house and all excess materials and mess was quickly cleaned up. Any additional "unforeseen complications" were quickly taken care of at no cost to us. The time spent by James to go over our concerns and questions lead us to trust in his product as well as his team during the purchase and installation of our units. We would highly recommend this company to any first-time or veteran Furnace and AC buyers, especially those who want to see true customer service! Thank you James!

Natural Choice heating and cooling, and James in particular, provided us with such a stellar experience that we will most definitely be return clients. Throughout a process which was drawn out due to getting gas run into our home, James always made the time to answer our many questions and even came out to the house to help us determine the best possible location for the meter. The customer service we received from this team was truly remarkable, always very prompt and provided with a smile. We were on a very tight schedule after the gas line was installed, and the company was accommodating to all of our needs, ensuring that the furnace was installed and functional within mere days after gas was available. We are very happy with our new furnace - no more cold spots in the house and it's so much quieter!! And we sleep easy knowing that we have an excellent warranty as well. A very sincere thanks to James and the team at natural choice. We will definitely give them a glowing recommendation to both family and friends any time there is an opportunity to do so.

James and Natural Choice H&C are awesome! Jobs involved new high efficiency furnace and new gas connection for a new stove. Later, a new high-efficiency A/C unit was installed. On a third job, we had Natural Choice install a tankless Hot Water Heater. James will provide you with everything you need to know (and then some) to make an informed decision. Even if your mind is already made up, he will make sure you are basing your choices on the correct assumptions. He absolutley supports all of his products. Installation is professional and timely. James personally came over late one evening to connect a long awaited and overdue stove (not purchased from him) because he knew we were desperate. I also believe that James provides the most cost-effective and value-added solutions. His products are not the most expensive but their quality, efficiency, and durability rival the best. Jim is also quick to highlight other benefits (e.g. transferable warranties) that most people never think of. Bottom line: #1. I have recommended him to friends. #2. I would have him back. #3. When we buy a new house, he'll be doing the work.

dealing with James and "Homestars" is so amazingly pleasant. James and his team are so knowledgeable, patient and attentive to me the customer. /on many occasion they have gone out of their way to ensure we were always satisfied. This time, for only a $30 order, they were willing to come out personally to our house to deliver the product. In my opinion, with the surge in customer requests during this extraordinarily hot weather spell, i was totally impressed with their good nature and willingness to keep me and my family happy and satisfied. These guys under James' stewardship are Top notch! i wish everyone was like them!!!! i will recommend them to any of my friends in need of Furnaces/Air-conditioners etc Sincerely andrew Janik

We found that both our furnace and AC unit were shot (builders models installed 16 years ago). I got a total of 5 quotations from varios companies in the area, then found that Natural Choice were strongly recommended to me by friends who had experienced excellen service. James gave me a very competitive quote so got the job. Te installation service for a type GMVC95 furnace, and GSX-13 AC unit was quick, clean and courteous, the standard of workmanship was top notch and we are very satisfied with the service and equipment provided.
