Review from HomeOwner Review left on 20 Jun 2012Rating: 5 out of 5I was Very very cautious to get central air system as there are many scams units out there as well as poor warranty and/or service. My original budget was 1600$ but after 4 long conversatioons as well as a perosnal home visit, James convinced me that this was the unit to buy. I most enjoyed the no pressure sales provided, James let me do my research on the products as well as shop competitors. In the end, I came back to Natural choice for the professional service i received as well as confidence of a job done right! The install was smooth and is a night and day comparison to that of my neighbour (Jmaes' crew actually cared enough to make it LOOK good as well as function good!!! BIG PLUS!! A week after install, James popped by the house to see how things were going, also even took time to test the unit even though he was not scheduled to. Very knowledgeable techs, would recommend to my family!!!1Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

James and his very professional team installed my air conditioner on Friday. It is very nice to see a company operate paying close attention to details. They were very efficient and also very clean. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me for heating or air conditioning needs.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner
Review left on 11 Jun 2012Rating: 5 out of 5Repeat Customer - Furnace, Air Exchanger, Tankless Water Heater, Air Conditioner, Thermostat
Natural Choice was first referred to us when we decided we wanted to move to a tankless water heater. We were very pleased with the professional level of service received and have been thrilled with our tankless system for almost three years now! Next came the furnace. We had used another company that had serviced the existing furnace for years to replace the furnace a few years earlier. Unfortunately they put in a furnace that was too small for the house. We consulted with James and his team and our furnace was replaced. We also added in a new air filter, air exchanger, and humidifier. During installation, the Natural Choice team pointed out a few things, like the fact that building flaws in the 20 year old house meant that certain cold air return had never been linked to the furnace and were therefore not functional and causing the heating and cooling systems to be less efficient than they otherwise could be. Finally, two days in to the first hot days in 2012, the air conditioner went. Options were discussed, and we opted for a new unit. The Natural Choice team was very reactive to our situation and we greatly appreciated it. They had us up and running again in no time. We were also thrilled to have James tell us about a new thermostat technology that he had been introduced to. We were sold at the concept of having an iPhone app that would allow us to control our home heating and cooling from our phones. So yes, you can see that we have had extensive work done, and have been repeat customers. We were repeat customers, and would now like to provide a high recommendation to prospective clients, for the following reasons: First, we have experienced top notch customer service from Natural Choice – this includes professional management and staff and timely responses. Second, we have experienced quality service and products – yes, there may always be a lower quote, but if you make all of your decisions on the lowest quote, it will likely cost you in the long haul. I can verify this first hand given the experience we had with our first “new furnace” – it was a cheap price because it was too small for the house. The installers didn’t even notice the issue with the air returns not being hooked up. They also took shortcuts, such as deciding not to install a recommended but not required outside air intake. It is far better to have the job done properly the first time with a quality product and a quality installation than. Third, in James and others at Natural Choice, we experienced a young knowledgeable team that was passionate about what they were doing. They told us about current technology changes and options available to us, and we were very happy to adopt newer technologies that were more efficient and more reliable. For example, going to a dual stage furnace and tankless water system allowed us to realize significant decrease in our gas consumption. The first “new furnace” installer didn’t even understand and therefore dismissed the benefits of a high efficiency dual stage system – he was stuck in his old ways from 20 years before and didn’t take the time to stay current. I have seen that Natural Choice stays current – and as a customer, you are only going to benefit from this. Just ask James to install an EcoBee thermostat for you – you wont be disappointed!Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Natural Choice is the best way to go (NO DOUBT ABOUT IT)....called them up, they came on aSunday to quote - were very friendly with my kids, came the Monday my system was replaced and was pumping out AC..you want great service and products....Natural Choice is your Nautural Choice!!Answer from pro:
Garrett thanks for the great compliment, it's when we see clients that feel this way is why we continue each day! What is a misconception is that we all think the cooling only relies on our AC system alone, but the most important feature when it comes to cooling is the Furnace. With that new furnace you are enjoying cooling even with your older AC like you never had before, and this winter you would have felt a warmer home while spending less on gas. It was a pleasure to chat with you as well want to thank you for the recommendations you have given, it is our best compliment!

Review left on 15 Jan 2012Rating: 5 out of 5New furnace installation
After trying to fix a broken down furnace 3 times, it was finally time to replace it. Natural Choice Heating and Cooling was fantastic about coming right away with a new furnace to install. The crew arrived a little late, but messaged me to let me know they would be there within the hour, and they were. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the product, respectful that I was home with my daughters. Hardly invasive while installing such a large appliance. They had it running that day, made sure the thermostat was set to my preference, showed me how to work it, what to troubleshoot, and what maintenance was involved with the furnace. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service or a new furnace. JoAnswer from pro:
Jo we tried to keep that construction furnace going for you but each year seemed to have another part wear out. That is because the homes are built using the furnace and that shortens the life of them dramatically, that in mind parts do go on them and we will always come out and fix it each time. However you made the more sound decision and went with a Much better furnace that will not only bring you more comfort with the heating and cooling but also savings on your gas and electric bill. What is more important is your young daughter (what a cutie!) and your new son on his way you will NO longer wake to a cold morning in your home. Congrats on the newly coming addition to your lovely family!!

Review left on 5 Jan 2012Rating: 5 out of 5Replaced furnace and air conditioner with some new air vents for a new room. Also had a gas range installed.
The company came out and checked the condition of the original equipment and made their recommendations and let me think about it. Worked to their quote. They came on the day to do the work on time, and were very respectful of the property,(covered floors, took off footwear) they cleaned up as they went along. Took away all their refuge (old equipment, pipes etc.). There was no cleanup on my part. James followed up to make sure all went well. He also did the paperwork for the rebate which was welcomed. This was a first purchase of this product for me and all their help and information was appreciated. They all worked well as a team and were entusiastic and knowledgeable about their job at hand. They have responded to querys very quickly. What can I say, I was impressed.Answer from pro:

Natural Choice did such a great job installing the Goodman High Efficient furnace in my previous house, I immediately had them install the same furnace and added a Tankless Rinnai water heater into my new home. I would highly recommend these guys. Great job(s) Natural Choice....a big thumbs up!Answer from pro:
Brian such a Tech client, was very enjoyable going through all the advantages that are offered with todays appliances and as well really enjoyed our later conversations on how much you noticed such a difference from your current neighbour's system that was done by a competitor which you mentioned the difference not only in the looks of it but the savings/comfort of your system. All the best to you and your family!

We bought an furnace and A/C from Natural Choice, loved it, prompt install, no issues, 5 years later we moved and bought another AC and Furnace from them for the new house. Same experience, showed up on time, did a professional job, cleaned up and left in a timly mannor. I would highly recommend them, they even hooked up my gas dryer for me free of charge saving me $175.Answer from pro:
Jon & Mary were just amazing clients, we were able to make a couple visits to answer all questions they had and offer a heating 101 so the system would last as longer than the system that came in their home. However they moved and Jon called as they didn't find someone they felt matched what we offered, we don't usually travel to his new area, however for revisiting clients we will go to the ends for!
