    Commercial HVAC unit

    Natural Choice is the best company as far I ever known for HVAC service and installation. I really admire their professional work and honesty. Moreover, it will keep you updated on each stage of service or repair with the proper reason for your every penny spent and advise you like a friend to save big bucks! We just got replaced our commercial HVAC unit in Oshawa and I would love to recommend them again. James is the owner of NCHC and he is also very polite and humble guy eager to help you out at any moment! Thanks again

    Water heater

    From beginning to end they were so professional , honest, helpful , upfront and made sure I understood everything. I’m definitely satisfied with the process and the end result and would go back if I ever needed to have something fixed in a heart beat .

    Tankless hot water tank

    Pleased with the professionalism of the installers. They explained to us the unit, and did a great job of cleaning up.

    Wouldn’t call anyone else!

    I have had Natural Choice relocate my outdoor AC unit, recommend & install a humidifier, install my Ecobee thermostat and called with no heat in the winter. These are a great group of men that are on time, so polite, hard working, with solid advice, going above and beyond each time. I have the utmost confidence in continuing to call them in the future and I highly recommend them whenever I get a chance. Thanks so much for the stellar customer service Natural Choice!

    New furnace

    They did a great job. Responded quickly to my message. Talked us through the options. Arrived the next day and kept things neat and clean.

    Water Heater On The Fritz

    Great work guys thanks. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Our water heater broke down on a sunday and the next day everything was up and running with a new water heater.

    Replace old tankless water heater

    Jay and his team were great! Punctual, fair pricing and most importantly the job was done right... all the while taking the necessary precautions (masks, gloves, proper distancing, cleaning etc) during a pandemic to replace my old water heater. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their professional work!

    Installing gaz, water heater and connecting gas stove

    Great experience with James the salesman as he was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was great to work with as they will do their best to accommodate the owners request.

    Boiler Repair

    Called Natural Choice after hours regarding an issue with a boiler in a multi residential building. Had a call back within 30 min and a technician was scheduled for the next morning. James was extremely knowledgeable and did some exploratory testing and within minutes discovered the problem. A new part was ordered and installed the next day. Natural Choice was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, clean and got the job done. Extremely happy with the service.
