    Broken drain

    New Canadian Drain & Plumbing did a big excavation job on my front yard to fix my broken drain. They work really hard in this cold weather. This company left me with a good impression and after the big mess in my front yard everything looks good again. My drain works fine now, I feel good and safe having these people work on my home.

    replace broken sewer pipe

    I am writing this email to say thank you, “New Canadian Drain & Plumbing Ltd”. I am happy that I choose your company to deal with my crises - sewer blockage resulting flood in my basement.     Caulking shower area

    I seen a leak in my shower. I called a plumbing company and they told me I would have brake the tile and install new pipes, that it will cost me big money. I decided to call new Canadian drain and plumbing to get a second opinion. They came and Caulked around my shower and to my surprise the leaked stop, I saved a lot of money. I would be glad to have them back any time to do work in my home!

    Sewer pipe

    Technician from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing found a chunk of roots in my sewer pipe outside. Next they brought a crew in which dug and fixed the sewer pipe. Everything is fixed and working fine. This crew was dedicated and worked very hard. Good Job!

    Water shut-off value in basement was leaking.

    Response time was less than 20 minutes! Frank was very professional and tidy, did a great job replacing the leaky value. I would highly recommend this company based on this experience.

    Unplugged Toilet

    My toilet in my master bedroom was plugged with something. I called new Canadian company there technician unplugged my toilet and cleaned up all the mess in the washroom. I am very happy with them, the technician was clean and fast!

    Drain replacment

    My laundry tub in the basement was full with waste from the sewer, I dealt with New Canadian Drain & Plumbing before. This time they came unplugged the drain and after they scoped the drain and found out my pipe was totally blocked with roots. That was no surprise to me because I got a huge tree in my lawn. I had a lost of stuff in my basement and the guys from New Canadian carefully moved everything up stairs and covered my stuff in plastic. They worked very hard every day until 8 pm. My drain's were fixed permanently. They even help me with a city rebate application form for the amount of 2,000.00 that I will receive within 2 months. They did a very good and tidy job. New Canadian Drain & Plumbing are very hard reliable working people.

    Drainage pipe replacement

    It was three days before our trip to Europe when we learned about a problem with the drainage pipe in the basement. We called New Canadian and a gentleman from New Canadian showed up at the door about one hour from my first call. He diagnosed the drainage system and we learned that part of the clay drainage pipe was clogged with tree roots. He gave us written estimate in details and suggested us sending his team next day to replace the drainage pipes. Two other gentlemen from New Canadian came next day and they worked on it all day. A supervisor dropped by few times to check the progress of the work and to see everything is OK. They made sure that they keep our basement clean and tidy after the work. My wife and I are happy to see the problem was fixed before our trip.

    Kitchen faucet replaced

    My Handle was broken on my kitchen faucet, and I called a company from yellow pages named new Canadian drain plumbing. When the plumber came he showed me a verity of faucets in his truck. I got new nice looking faucet and I am happy because he saved me the time and effort it would take to look for one. What a nice organized company.

    Kitchen sink fixed

    I had a problem with my kitchen for a few years it kept backing up. I had it snaked and cleaned numerous times but it never cleared. Just before Christmas I called Frank from New Canadian Drain & Plumbing , and he came and found out my pipe had no belly/no slope so he cut out the pipe and replaced it. I waited 2 months to see if the problem would reoccur and it has not. I can gladly say my kitchen sink works fine now, no problems and no more bad smells. Frank is a very experienced plumber thank you for your service.
