    Plumbing fix up

    I been living in apartment for thirty years and never used plumbing services in my life. Until we moved to the house. One problem happened after another. I have seen New Canadian's Truck working in our area. We scheduled appointment for Saturday and over the weekend our problems were fixed. We are very happy with their service. Definitely will use them again.

    Faucet Installation

    The crew came in for a faucet installation. They were on time, they were courteous and very friendly. The job was well done and the best part....THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS BEHIND!!!! They made sure everything was neat and tidy and working properly. They explained what they did and made sure I had no questions before they left. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!!! Awesome service!

    Sewer Issues etc.

    These guys are great. My main contact Stephen Glasgow really knew what he was doing and made me feel at ease with great customer service. Considering it was a couple of days before Christmas I was impressed how quickly the job was done as there was a lot of digging inside and outside of the house. I would definitely recommend these guys.

    Furnace room Drain installation

    I had a leak in hot water tank. I called the company to replace hot water tank and they told me that I have to get drain contractor to install the drain in the furnace room. So I found New Canadian Drain by browsing Internet.They sent very nice technician guy to my place. Slava did such a great job. He was very professional and clean. I am very happy that I have got New Canadian to do this job for us.

    repair to water line

    Tony was early for the emergency call to repair a pipe which had started leaking. He got the problem fixed quickly. I would have no hesitation calling New Canadian Plumbing or recommending them to friends and family

    Installed Our Shower Faucet

    I have used New Canadian Drain & Plumbing in the past for a small job and I was very pleased with there professionalism and willingness to explain what they were doing and even explain to me what steps need to be taken to ensure the problem wouldn't happen again. This time I called to have my new shower faucet installed and I am so happy with the results. The staff again went above and beyond in ensuring that I was a happy customer.

    Change old drains outside of our house

    After 3 weeks of leaving in our "brand new" 1924 home, we discovered that we already had to deal with some drain problems. My husband being out of town, I had to find the best guys to help me win his admiration regarding my ability to solve these kind of problems. So, I called New Canadian Drains, a company referred to me by our home inspector. Rami was quick to arrive at our place, and identify the problem. Him and his 2 men team did an amazing job. Bob also made sure to inspect what needed to be done. After their conscientious work, our drain problem was solved, and to my surprise our land was in excellent condition. I am so thankful that we decided to deal with this company. Thanks New Canadian Drains.

    changing faucet

    We have got a new condo.Since we moved we had a problems with a kitchen faucet.I have seen their cargo vans in our heighbourhood very often and i called to NC.They came same day and liquidated defect forever!The staff is very courteous and really professional!They did a great job!

    Kitchen Sink

    In our store, there was a kitchen sink that was blocked. We called one company they could not help us. So we called on another company called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing they responded quickly & effeciently, they got the job done, and now we have no problem. Thank you New Canadian for your great service!!!!!

    faulty hot water bathtub faucet

    Plumber said faucet just needed a new handle after he replaced a washer. He did not have a new handle, he said I had to go purchase it. Later, once we put it on, it's almost impossible to use because he tightened it too much. They don't tell you it's $100 just for turning up -- negotiated it down. Not impressed. Will never call again. Decent guy, but ill prepared.

In this case, our technician (Licensed plumber) worked at your property for 32 minutes according to our satellite record. First of all, he diagnosed the plumbing problem which you had (loose shower handle faucet) and tried to explain to you that we carry any parts that we anticipate a need for in our trucks on a daily basis. But in cases where we do not have the required part on hand, it is our policy to provide the customer with the choice of supplying their own parts or we will procure what is needed. Unfortunately, you refused to choose either option. Our technician spent time working to resolve your problem and received payment by you for $70.00, which would accommodate the cost of travel and other necessary business expenses such as: Travel time (1 hr) and 32 minutes working on site ($45.00), gas ($5), advertising, office and maintenance expenses ($20.00) which, as you can see, is more than fair. Once again, we would like to apologize for the fact that you were not satisfied with our work and we hope that, in the future, should the need arise, that you do reconsider your decision and that we will be able to show you just how excellent our service can be.
